Hostess City Hot Glass

Amazing class!! Our whole family had an absolute blast creating dragon eggs. The steps were so well explained and easy that our 6 and 8 year old followed with ease. This was without a doubt my favorite birthday present ever!

I booked a private class for my best friend and I and we had the best time ever. We were really nervous, but the guys helped calm our nerves. They gave us a tour of the shop, and explained exactly what we would be doing. They did a quick run through the process and then guided us both through our pieces. Our glass was ready to pick up the next day, but they were able to work with our schedules to pick up the completed pieces. I highly recommend doing this at least once. I’m already looking for another class.

I have always wanted to work with blown glass! Ron and Kris really know what they are doing and are great at coaching you through the process. Absolutely would recommend to a friend!

We had a fantastic afternoon at Hostess City Hot Glass. We did a private class, just my wife and I. We signed up to make the Fisherman’s Floats. From the start, they were very attentive and showed us every step. When it was our turn, they walked us through keeping us safe, but having fun at the same time. We were there for a little over an hour and had a great time. This was a birthday present for my wife. Ronald and his staff were fantastic. We picked our floats up the next day and my wife beams every time she looks at it. Thank you all for such a cool afternoon.

My mom planned this class as a gift/activity to do the holidays. It was a to try something new. I love the ornaments we made! And they do ship if you plan your class to close to your departure (needs 24hrs to cool).

This place is amazing. I took a private class and it was so much fun. The staff were friendly knowledgeable and made the evening so much fun. I also love how they are involved in their community doing the Savannah glass hunts. It’s so much fun trying to figure out the clues ( which help you learn more about our area). Hostess City Hot Glass is a GREAT addition to our community 😊

OMG, best thing ever! Got this class for Valentine's Day with my boyfriend, and it was the coolest thing we've ever done. Ron, Chris, and Casey were amazing instructors; you totally leave with awesome art and an unforgettable time. I'm definitely coming back again and again!

We booked a glass blowing class as a work bonding thing and had a blast! Ron & Chris were awesome & made us feel comfortable working with hot glass. We chose to make pumpkins and they turned out great. Thanks guys! We'll come by next time we're in Savannah!

What an amazing place. We couldn't be more impressed with this place. We had such a fantastic time here. Everyone worked in concert to make sure you had the best time possible. The bowls turned out amazing, we really appreciated the personal care and time they took to make sure that we had an amazing experience. We will for sure be back.

We booked a private lesson and enjoyed our afternoon learning about glass blowing. At first Ron made a piece explaining each step along the way, followed by each of us making our own pieces with his expert guidance and help as needed. Time and money well spent!

Anytime my husband and I visit savannah we ALWAYS go to a hostess city hot glass class. The crew there is fun, enthusiastic, and informative. This place is unbelievably awesome. The proprietor and his team are exceptionally gifted, patient, genuine people, and it's absolutely epic to be able to learn -- and apply! -- the basics of glass blowing to make something unique and functional. The couple who finished up just before me had made drinking glasses; I got to make a christmas tree ornament. It was a remarkable experience that is totally worth your time, and easily worth double what I paid for the opportunity to do something so very cool and super-unique. I highly, HIGHLY recommend booking with Hostess City Hot Glass and taking an hour out of your day to do something you'll remember for a lifetime. Best souvenir of my whole trip!!!
