Hotel 1929

Perfect accommodation for solo travellers. Room size is not very big but enough for one person with one luggage opened. Complete amenities which include aircon, TV, kettle, private bathroom, etc (free slippers provided) in the room, and an elevator in the building. Nice staff service. They would provide the best for you. They gave me a water bottle once I arrived at the hotel (it's very hot in Singapore even at dawn). I also asked for some advice to look around and they gave me all the information they could. Excellent location. Near Chinatown about 2min. 2 MRT Stations which take 3-5min by walk each.

This stay was a wonderful experience! The front desk was welcoming and friendly, and check-in and check-out were smooth. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a restful night's rest. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, making it very convenient for dining. The hotel is conveniently located, the environment is quiet and clean, and the value for money is excellent. The staff was professional and friendly, and I would stay here again next time!

Strategically located just a short stroll from Chinatown, this hotel is surrounded by plenty of bars and pubs along the street, perfect if you’re looking for a place to drink and unwind. However, the room itself is extremely compact, as is the bathroom.It works if you’re a solo traveler who only needs a bed to crash for a quick night’s sleep, but if you’re looking for a comfortable place to rest and relax, this may not be ideal. For two people or more, the space is really not suitable. The bed is built on a wooden platform, and the gap between the bed and the bathroom is very narrow, just enough to squeeze through. Overall, it’s a very tiny room designed purely for sleeping rather than comfort. Definitely a big nono for old folks too.

We have a very great experience inside the rooms, the staffs are friendly especially Gladys and Bing. We don’t the drinks and foods inside the fridge are actually free and I’m glad they told us when we tried to pay for it😂😂. Overall, we enjoyed our days of staying. Very friendly staff, everything including tv and Wi-Fi’s are working well♥️♥️♥️ accessible and convenient

Location is quite good, with a lot of food and drinking spot options just a walk away. There’s also a convenience store nearby walking distance. Can be quite noisy at night at times from the bars around the area. Hotel is newly renovated, nice lobby. But the rooms are really small. The bathroom is exceptionally small as well. Tv doesn’t even work. If you can get a good deal out of it you can give it a try for a short stay.

This hotel is perfectly located in the China zone and near the famous local restaurants. Not far from the metro station. It is an old building and renovated to be a hotel. Members of staff are helpful and hospitality. However, there are pubs under the building, which are noisy. At midnight, I heard a loud noise from the garbage truck because my room was on the third floor at the corner of the building, and it was near the dump area.

The hotel is in an excellent location, very convenient for getting around. The property is newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and well maintained. While the rooms are rather compact, they are comfortable and well kept. The reception staff were polite and helpful, making the stay pleasant overall.

Mr. Alfred is very friendly and helpful. If you need anything you can let him know and he can make your day. The price is affordable and the hotel quality serves it's price. The family room Is not big enough for 4 people and the toilet and washroom is too small but the location is convenient to all transportation. Just 6 mins walk to Chinatown. Overall it's a pleasant stay.
