Great location it was so close to everything we wanted to see. Clean room with comfortable beds, the only thing I didn't like was narrow staircase. We had a lovely time 😁

Brilliantly located in the heart of Aachen, a short walk away from the Rathaus and the amazing cathedral. Great communication to get the keys, no breakfast or coffee maker but loads of fantastic places within a few metres. Good value too. Met the receptionist in the morning who was warm and friendly. Top notch!!!

I think I reviewed this already. All was good. Parked next to hotel to check in then moved to a parking deck nearby. Desk spoke a English. Room was pleasant and big. No a/C so windows are opened by its right on the square and noisy. I’d go back. Good Wi-Fi too.

Very unfriendly staff, especially the owner. Breakfast was very basic, things weren't filled up when empty. There was no staff at breakfast to check and ask if you need anything. Milk for your coffee, if it was empty you had to ask the table next to you if you could borrow theirs. Disgraceful. Not the service and hospitality I'm used to for German standards. I have been to lots of German hotels over the years, and I was always impressed with the friendly approach from staff and the food, and the fact that you were never short of anything. We even had to ask for toiletpaper because they didn't give us new rolls. My boyfriend has a bowel disease so this was really really bad for him. Being with a group of 35 people, it seemed like they couldn't handle serving diner. At a table of four let's say, two had their meals, the other two had to wait for 15 mins. One day, everyone else had their meals and I had to wait for 25 mins😠||If you don't like to be hospitable, and like to make sure that your guest feel at home, don't run a hotel at all!!! NEVER AGAIN

Clean hotel set within a perfect central location for the old area of the city. Great choice of bars, restaurants and cafes to pick from. Claudia was fantastic, catering for our needs at any time - whether by making large batches of coffee (we got through a lot), or sorting out the somewhat problematic lift. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to be in the centre of Aachen, either for a short weekend or a longer excursion. 5 out of 5.

Location is superb! Hassle free check in, but top floor is warm, and a bit noisy because the windows need to be open for ventilation. Wifi up there was pretty bad. No coffee making facilities, no breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights during the festive season. The location is simply amazing, as you're close to all touristic sites. The train station is within walking distance as well. The rooms are large but a bit cold. The breakfast is OK. The service was very warm.
