Small rooms but in general comfortable. Good location. Good breakfast although the usage of a automatic coffee machine brings bad coffee quality. But good breakfast.

I stayed here for three nights as part of a tour package. The rooms are the quietest I’ve ever stayed in. Despite being fully sold, once I was in the room, I wasn’t disturbed by any other guests. The hotel is right across the street from a small shopping mall, and three minutes from the Entrecompos train station. They provide a small refrigerator (no microwave) and a hairdryer. I was traveling alone as part of a group but never felt unsafe. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is great if you are going to a concert at the campo pequeno. Friendly staff, nice rooms and reasonable value. A few things they should improve as a 4 star hotel. No milk in the rooms for tea and coffee. Bar should remain open after midnight at weekends. There is no room service and nothing open in surrounding area either which is poor considering that they have the campo pequeno opposite. Breakfast was poor at 15 euros a person. Hot food was cold which they seem to find acceptable when I complained. They should have offered a refund but didn't.

The rooms are so clean... they put hotels in Canada to shame! The breakfast is amazing, great variety. Location at first might seem lacking luster, but you're right near the building with blue balls... underneath is a grocery store, food court, and shops. It was amazing to buy some chips and grab some treats all for 5 euros. Then you're 15 mins away from the beautiful garden park.

Needed a hotel near the Campo Pequeno arena as we were going to a concert there. I have disability issues and can't walk far, so this hotel was perfect as it's literally 2 minutes from Entrecampos Station where we arrived and right opposite Campo Pequeno. I was able to walk to both of them with no problem. |I requested an accessible room which I got, on the first floor near the lift with a well equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower. Room was comfortable, bed a little hard for my taste but ok. Room very clean, no view but that didn't matter, tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge. Good storage space. |The room rate was very reasonable though this was January so not high season, and included breakfast. Breakfast was buffet style and one of the best we've had in a hotel, lots of choices and everything very fresh. Would we stay here again? Absolutely, it's now our go-to hotel when in Lisbon!

the rooms are clean. housekeeping cleans the rooms daily. breakfast is ok and there are vegan options available (like veggies, fruit, vegan yoghurt (a small one) coffee, tea and juice). coffee or tea is €3,- per serving. the bar is nice and small, to have some rest after a day being out and about. staff are really nice. one thing I didn't like if you're sensitive to sound is I could hear the traffic from the 6th floor at night.

The hotel is very nice looking from the outside and the lobby. Rooms are clean, modern and of a good size. We had a lovely bath tub and bathroom but there were definitely signs of wear and tear throughout the room. We had a problem with the sink not draining but it was fixed that day. The size of the bed was really good but the mattress was soo hard! The room had great blackout curtains. Staff were helpful but not overly friendly. We quite liked the location because we wanted to walk and see the local streets but it was a good 30-40mins outside of the real city centre. It was a pleasant stay.

So so breakfast - bacon was not the highest quality, scrambled eggs were fine, nice selection of breads and great fruit. Good safe location. Simple lobby. Simple hotel. It met our needs well.
