Hôtel Mansart

This is as perfect a location as one could have. Close to everything restaurants and bars right infront I felt safe and happy to be in the Place Vendone Opera bubble. ||Loved my Capuchin deluxe room and bathroom. I love that the windows open to bring in the air. Everything was clean and just what I needed for a great 3 nights in Paris to end 5 weeks of travelling. ||What really stood out were the staff at reception. Marine and Nundita were exceptional, the night male manager. I booked very last minute and they were so accommodating, Kouther who I spoke to was so nice. Really happy I found Hotel Mansart.

We had the most incredible stay at Hôtel Mansart. The location was just perfect with everything in walking distance. Our room was just beautiful, so clean and comfortable. Our trip was very special as we got engaged and the incredible staff at Hôtel Mansart couldn’t have been more wonderful giving us champagne to celebrate! Thank you so much to the incredible staff for making this occasion so special ☺️

We had an excellent experience at this hotel once again. Was my second time staying at the Mansart due to their great central location, kind staff and great rooms. Nuntida took great care of us from the moment we stepped in the door. She was so sweet and helpful. Truly enjoyed our amazing stay in our beautiful room. Could not recommend this hotel more. Will be returning next year with my husband and staying here for a third time.

This was my husband and I’s second time staying here and dare I say it was even better this time around. The staff is exceptional and the location is perfect. We always book a terrace room (there are only 3) and have always had excellent service. They are constantly implementing improvements to make your stay the best it possibly can be. This time around, we were greeted with champagne and were provided with great recommendations of places to grab a bite nearby while our room was being prepared. While the rooms, bed and food are amazing, the staff is what keeps us coming back. Every single person went above and beyond and we will always choose to stay here when we visit Paris.

I chose this hotel for a 3 nights birthday getaway in Paris and it was a great experience!|I was very happy here and it made my birthday special.|Initially, they couldn't find my booking for the 1st night, which was a bummer after a long day of traveling, but this was fixed promptly and my room was ready. Such a beautiful room, with classy decor, very spacious for Paris and with a nice view on rue des Capucines. |As I had 2 different bookings, I was supposed to switch rooms the next day, however the staff was kind enough to offet me an upgrade without the hassle of packing, unpacking and shifting rooms.|I was very happy and comfortable in the deluxe room, the amenities were great, loved the nespresso machine and the very comfortable bed.|Everyone I interacted with was very |welcoming and attentive, especially Nuntida, Marina and Igor.|Thank you for a great experience! Next time, I would love to try their other rooms as they look fantastic and with such a great decor/ view.|Overall, a great hotel, with a good value for money, right in Place Vendome.

I go to Paris every year and for the last two I stayed at this wonderful hotel. It is perfectly located, and very quiet. The staff is always available and helpful. The rooms very clean. Breakfast is served in a very nice pretty breakfast room. They make the best egg white omelette in Paris. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning next year.

We are regularly staying in Hotel Mansart. This hotel is located around the corner of Place Vendôme - so the location is excellent for professional and private appointments. The staff is always helpful, professional and solutions are found with a smile. A glass of Champagne is offered for the arrival and cake, coffee, tea and mint-lemon water is offered for teatime. It should be mentioned that it is one of the PET-Friendliest hotels in Paris. Our dog (Husky) has always a special treatment and feels like at home. This time we needed even a special taxi for the dog (after operation) and the hotel team: Igor, Nuntida, Manadou, Marine and Marina were more than helpful. We thank for the kindness and love toward human beings and animals!

I had a wonderful stay here. The staffs provided excellent and truly genuine service, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The room was beautiful, spacious, and well-designed, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again. Special thanks to Nuntida, she is the best. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Paris

This boutique hotel is wonderful. Our Junior Suite was spacious, sunlit and spotless. The bathroom was modern and roomy. The helpful and gracious staff all spoke English. Add to this that the location - walking distance to the Louvre - was perfect and you have a five-star hotel for a very reasonable price!

What a find! We've stayed in Paris before and were happy with our choices but this time we struck gold. This place is fantastic! The rooms are huge and well appointed with antiques. The service is exceptional. The location is ideal. Beautiful and clean. The beds are more comfortable than we expected. The bathrooms are also huge with dual sinks, shower, tub and lots of soaps/toiletries. The breakfast buffet was great with eggs, sausage, cured meats, pastries and great coffee. From now on this will be our go-to hotel in Paris.

It's been years since I've stayed at this hotel, but since it hasn't been reviewed yet I'll give it a whirl. First of all, the rooms are huge by Paris standards. One of our group had a local friend who was shocked by how spacious the rooms were. They were also clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were absolutely wonderful! They helped us get reservations at the places we were interested in, and arranged for a wheelchair for one member in our party who was battling bone cancer. The location is top notch. You are just a couple blocks off Rue du Rivoli, and a short walk from the Louvre. The Ritz is just around the corner - that gives you an idea as to the neighborhood.

The location of this hotel is great. Staff was nice and accommodating. BUT...The rooms ARE NOT the rooms you see on the "Hotel Mansart" page. SO that was a little bit more than disappointing. I was looking forward to that light airy big beautiful room. Instead, they were a bit dark, dank, crooked floors. I have to say, it wasn't the worst room Ive ever been in, but it wasn't what the photos show. And for that I was quite disappointed.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent area of Paris. Steps away from Place Vandome, Rue de Rivoli, Madeline Church and the Louvre Museum. The rooms are spacious and updated. They provide USB ports to charge your electronics, which was supervising since its an older hotel. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. They assisted every opportunity they could. The breakfast was priced average for Europe and offered a good variety of products. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Hotel is in a good location, but be careful in accepting a room. We were placed in Room 102, not knowing what other rooms might be available. It was unsafe for two people with several bags of luggage. It's apparently known as the "closet room" as we came to find out. There were three others in our small group who had acceptable rooms. The staff did not seem concerned that we were provided with such a terrible room. It might have been acceptable for one person traveling alone, but not for a couple. The bottom line is be careful!!!

Wonderful staff, huge room, modern bathroom with underfloor heating and close to the Louvre.

I would like to share our experience so that potential customers make an informed decision. My wife and I have been in Paris over 20 times. We had stayed at this hotel twice before. This time conditions had declined drastically. The first bad news was finding 4 strands of hair on the bed sheet. Then the hair drier was not working. Then the two keys to the room would not work. It kept getting worse. Then the elevator stopped working. They promised the technician was on his way. The technician had not arrived five hours later when we went to our room for the nite! Incidentally, this is a five story hotel and has one elevator. Yes, it has only one. The next day the phone would not work. The manager was not available because it was Saturday. Instead of passing my complaints they gave me his card to call if I had complaints after the weekend. That meant I had to call him from the US. In conclusion, I will never come to this hotel again, and will not recommend it to anyone. It is rated as a 4 star hotel. It performs like a 2 star.
