Our family of 5 had connecting rooms that were perfect for our stay. Well appointed and well located. We were on the 5th floor and had a great view. There is a pub about a block away that was noisy but we didn't mind - we loved the ambiance of being in Paris! Thank you for a great stay!

I was able to book a “family suite” at this hotel which fit our needs perfectly. My husband and I had a large bed in our own room while my kids (ages 14,12&9) each had their own bed in their room. The staff was kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and my kids room specifically was large in size. They don’t have a restaurant, but there are plenty within walking distance. They do an “honor bar” from 4pm - midnight if you’d like an aperitif or digestif. The beds are very comfortable and the AC worked great.

I am leaving my review for the Spa at Hotel Mansart. One of the massage therapists, Nuntida was EXCELLENT. She is an outstanding massage therapist who provided me with one of the best massages I have ever received (25-July, 2025). In addition to her skills, she was also incredibly hospitable and professional. She's a true asset to the Spa!

This hotel is perfect for couples. Our room was bigger than expected, the staff was very friendly and greeted us with champagne upon our arrival. They had great restaurant recommendations and were always happy to see us. The hotel is located in a great part of town: we felt very safe and we were only a short walk to the train. We had a lovely stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at Hotel Mansart was truly wonderful. From start to finish, the entire team was remarkably attentive, helpful, and always greeted us with a warm and positive attitude. A special thank you to Nuntida, who assisted us with so much kindness from the moment we checked in until our departure. We also enjoyed room service for dinner and the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was great too: generous, varied, and full of high-quality options. We would happily return and highly recommend Hotel Mansart to anyone visiting Paris 😊🩷

We stayed at the Hotel Mansart for four nights before Easter. We enjoyed our stay so much because of the people who work in this hotel! From the very first day that we checked in, Nuntida checked us in with such caring, enthusiasm that helped us feel so welcome. Our room was everything we expected it to be.| The next day at breakfast, we met Cardi who worked so hard to get everyone their orders, plus refresh the buffet. The food was delicious and plentiful!| Over the next few days, we met Lara and Marine at the front desk. They were so friendly and helpful. There was another girl, who I forgot to get her name, but we appreciated how she helped us find our restaurant that kept coming up as a shoe repair shop.| Finally, this hotel is in a great location for very easy access to many wonderful things to do in Paris.

We spent a long weekend at Hotel Mansard with our whole family to celebrate a birthday, and it couldn’t have been better. We had eight rooms in total, and everyone was impressed. The staff — from the front desk to housekeeping — were all incredibly friendly and thoughtful. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the location spot on, and everything was spotless: comfy beds, clean bathrooms, and a warm, welcoming vibe. A fantastic stay we’d recommend to anyone!

Yelp
Excellent customer service! We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect and walking distance to the Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann mall.

Yelp
This boutique hotel is wonderful. Our Junior Suite was spacious, sunlit and spotless. The bathroom was modern and roomy. The helpful and gracious staff all spoke English. Add to this that the location - walking distance to the Louvre - was perfect and you have a five-star hotel for a very reasonable price!

Yelp
What a find! We've stayed in Paris before and were happy with our choices but this time we struck gold. This place is fantastic! The rooms are huge and well appointed with antiques. The service is exceptional. The location is ideal. Beautiful and clean. The beds are more comfortable than we expected. The bathrooms are also huge with dual sinks, shower, tub and lots of soaps/toiletries. The breakfast buffet was great with eggs, sausage, cured meats, pastries and great coffee. From now on this will be our go-to hotel in Paris.

Yelp
It's been years since I've stayed at this hotel, but since it hasn't been reviewed yet I'll give it a whirl. First of all, the rooms are huge by Paris standards. One of our group had a local friend who was shocked by how spacious the rooms were. They were also clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were absolutely wonderful! They helped us get reservations at the places we were interested in, and arranged for a wheelchair for one member in our party who was battling bone cancer. The location is top notch. You are just a couple blocks off Rue du Rivoli, and a short walk from the Louvre. The Ritz is just around the corner - that gives you an idea as to the neighborhood.

Yelp
The location of this hotel is great. Staff was nice and accommodating. BUT...The rooms ARE NOT the rooms you see on the "Hotel Mansart" page. SO that was a little bit more than disappointing. I was looking forward to that light airy big beautiful room. Instead, they were a bit dark, dank, crooked floors. I have to say, it wasn't the worst room Ive ever been in, but it wasn't what the photos show. And for that I was quite disappointed.

Yelp
Wonderful hotel in an excellent area of Paris. Steps away from Place Vandome, Rue de Rivoli, Madeline Church and the Louvre Museum. The rooms are spacious and updated. They provide USB ports to charge your electronics, which was supervising since its an older hotel. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. They assisted every opportunity they could. The breakfast was priced average for Europe and offered a good variety of products. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Yelp
Hotel is in a good location, but be careful in accepting a room. We were placed in Room 102, not knowing what other rooms might be available. It was unsafe for two people with several bags of luggage. It's apparently known as the "closet room" as we came to find out. There were three others in our small group who had acceptable rooms. The staff did not seem concerned that we were provided with such a terrible room. It might have been acceptable for one person traveling alone, but not for a couple. The bottom line is be careful!!!

Yelp
I would like to share our experience so that potential customers make an informed decision. My wife and I have been in Paris over 20 times. We had stayed at this hotel twice before. This time conditions had declined drastically. The first bad news was finding 4 strands of hair on the bed sheet. Then the hair drier was not working. Then the two keys to the room would not work. It kept getting worse. Then the elevator stopped working. They promised the technician was on his way. The technician had not arrived five hours later when we went to our room for the nite! Incidentally, this is a five story hotel and has one elevator. Yes, it has only one. The next day the phone would not work. The manager was not available because it was Saturday. Instead of passing my complaints they gave me his card to call if I had complaints after the weekend. That meant I had to call him from the US. In conclusion, I will never come to this hotel again, and will not recommend it to anyone. It is rated as a 4 star hotel. It performs like a 2 star.
