HOTEL 47°

What a gem in the city! I spend a week in HOTEL 47° during my business trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The employees were amazing - everyone I met was very helpful and friendly, always smilling and ready to assist. The Restaurant is a must visit: attentive service, delicious food, and a focus on quality over quantity. I loved the decor and the overall atmosphere. The hotel's design is perfectly balanced - not too much, not too little - creating a cozy yet luxurious enviroment with great attention to details. Thank you and see you next time!

The location of the hotel was excellent. We could easily walk to the town and even crossed the border to visit the protected lakeside area in Switzerland. The interior design of the hotel lobby was cozy, welcoming, and warm, with plenty of comfortable seating. The front desk staff were all very professional, friendly, and efficient.👍 We wanted to have a coffee machine in the room, so we paid extra to book the king suite with a river view, which was spacious and bright. The bed was very comfortable as well.😍 Our only complaint 🤔 is about breakfast on Sunday. It was extremely busy, and we had to share a long table with other guests, which made it uncomfortable to overhear each other’s conversations. It would be better if the hotel could divide breakfast into different time slots to reduce crowding and provide a more pleasant dining experience.

Overall it was a nice place to stay and we did enjoy our time in the sauna area, very nicely designed with the spa area and three saunas to choose from. The parking options are a bit strange, not sure about the location and even though the rooms have plenty of space, they are a bit awkward in layout and missing the charm (maybe some fun pictures or decorations). But again overall a nice stay, just not quite what I was looking for at the lake.

Booked with upper size of room(28m2) but give 24m2 size which is smaller also in the room there is no refrigerator, and reception manager did not try to solve the matter and said that dealing with reservation platform, Have a bad smell from toilet, the WiFi is super slow, none OTT apps at the media

First of all, there is no parking option for your car. The only option you have is to park your car into a public parking place which costs 20 euro per day. (Hotel doesn't give you any discount). Rooms are mediocre, and pillows are uncomfortable, but the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent. Lobby, lounge, and bar are all together. Cocktails are great, but they will be the only delicious think you can ever find in this hotel. Breakfast is super expensive for the service you get. Even fruit juices are not fresh and bought from the cheapest and most tasteless brands. When you get coffee for your breakfast, you pay an extra 8 euro, which totals up breakfast to 26 euro for a single person. (Breakfast was so out of options. Everyone's plates were looking like each other). Don't even try the sweets at the lounge. They sell cakes from yesterday or even from 2 day earlier. SPA service is great, and the hotel location is very good. I don't recommend this hotel.

Hotel 47 is located near the old town. It has a great view. Restaurant and bar at a high level. The reception is very pleasant. The rooms are well decorated. The SPA is lovely and th therapists are real experts! I recommend this place 100%! I will be back for sure!

Great location and friendly service. But room felt a bit neglected, cleanliness could be improved, and the Wi-Fi was poor. Overall okay for a short stay.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I found it practical and pleasant. The rooms are of a nice size and quiet (including quiet air conditioning). The bathrooms are rather utilitarian but fine. Everything was quite clean.||The hallways of the hotel are quite stark and a bit of a turn-off. Carpets are aging, paint is chipped off the walls, with vending machines like in a cheap motel.||Overall a good experience but not special.

First time staying here. The location is very nice and the hotel is nicely decorated and has great access to the river, the walking/running paths, and city center. The room os clean and comfortable with average feel. And reasonably priced. I wish they provided the typical hot water kettles and tea bags that we all have come to expect plus the iron and the board in each room. The breakfast selections, quality, seatings, and service was very very nice. Much higher than average. And for me the highlight of my stay. Will I stay here again, yes for sure. And BTW forgot to mention, enjoyed the small and perfectly located exercise room on the 6th floor with a window you can open to enjoy the fresh morning air coming off the review/lake nearby. Didn't get a chance to try the sauna though! There was a nominal extra charge for it.

Fantastic hotel. Very modern, clean and well appointed decor. Beautiful Rhine river views, centrally located about 15 min walk to the city center with shops and places to eat. Several places to eat nearby as well as a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street. Very lovely restaurant, excellent included breakfast buffet with omelet station. The windows are sound proofed and this hotel has Air Conditioning. Will stay here again. The staff speak great English and are very helpful. Housekeeping very good too. Four stars instead of five only because I had to check out early due to a family emergency and the hotel still charged me for the extra night.
