The rooms are small but clean and new. The breakfast was not great, but it’s free. Great location if you want to be in the city center.

The light breakfast, the coffee my girl loved, the help with insights to the local area, give this family run business a leg up on the completion and they gave a variety of room to choose from , close to down town has even got me jealious as my Guest house you have to drive to down town , my place has a view in Hawaii, and they have both here, I will stay here again someday.Internet in the rooms can be challenging at times but in the main lobby and kitchen area it worked good. I can only hope spainish travelor get treated this well in Hawaii, and I will work to help this process. It does have an elevator, and an odd stair case but the people staying at the hotel looked inviting and it was well lit up at night so we chose to stay there . The smell we noticed was coffee, and that great homemade jam . We even decided to stay a week longer, and the where very savy on the price beating many other places too.

My partner and I stayed here for four nights while on a tour around Argentina. We would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a nice fancy hotel, don't stay here as it is pretty basic and slightly outdated. However, our room was very clean, bed was comfortable, great hot water in the shower, and the lake view from our window couldn't be better! The breakfast is simple - croissants, coffee, ham, cheese, and orange juice. The staff at the front desk spoke English and were SO helpful!!! Shout out to Gabriel for being the sweetest and most helpful person we've encountered yet!

We arrived in off season and the owner, a helpful English speaking person has upgraded our room. Everything was very nice clean and comparatively new. We enjoyed a view to the lake and a very convinient place in the city center.||We planned to spend 2 nights in this hotel but spent 6. ||When we are back in Bariloche we will not look for any other alternative. Highly recommended.|

We had a reservation at Hotel 7 de Febrero and stopped in earlier in the day to check in. The lobby smelled terrible immediately and the people hanging around were shabby and mostly old. We looked at the rooms after climbing a very narrow dark winding staircase and were not happy at all with the smell, size, bed, furnishings, hallways, bathroom. With some argument the owner agreed to refund our emailed deposit on our credit card and we happily LEFT, never to return. I was later told that this hotel is part of a trade union with special prices for members and their families and as such it is a lock with no attempt to please.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It has not been upgraded in at least 20 years. It's dirty, sheets are too small for the bed, windows don't shut properly, crappy breakfast, the duvet is full of dust and a disgusting carpet full of stains. There are no electrical outlets by the beds and the only one is by the ceiling where the tv is mounted. You have to get really creative to charge/plug in your electronics. The side facing the street is extremely loud with lots of honking and bus/truck engine sounds. The only thing this hotel has going for it is a half decent location (3 blocks from action) and decent staff. This hotel is designed to extract maximum money from tourists. If you are desperate for a place, stay in a hostel and avoid this hotel.

The hotel has 3 type of rooms, but we've found no real advantage on the more expensive options. The rooms are small, but they have good furniture, nice bathrooms and a lot of heat, which is very important in Bariloche, even in November.||||The location is good, on the main street and close to the center. They promote great views, but they are available only in the more expensive rooms, and are not so great anyway. The staff is not to great, just offer the basic stuff.||||We would recommend this hotel for short stays. For longer stays, I would choose something further away from the center, but closer to the lake, and with better views. However, you need time, or a car, to choose more remote locations.

Clean rooms, everything is comparatively new, very convinient place - right in the center, with a view to the lake and still quite. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff. The breakfast is quite limited. The price is very affordable in comparison to the service we received here.
