All great. The rooms are clean, the food are good, and service is good. The minus is only the hardship to find food shops around it. Well, there is delicious siomay Bandung a couple steps from the hotel, but no other options. After all, love to stay at this place.

This small hotel offered at very good location. Near to Surabaya Alun-Alun and all the facilities and mall. Very good Indonesian breakfast. Room very clean and offered with good price.

Amazing for a budget hotel. Stayed here only for resting after a Bromo trip. Toilet is nice, room is small but very functional. Breakfast is superb I really love the arrangement and the varieties of food. Recommended

Nice hotel to visit for solo traveller. The price is affordable and the location is strategic.

Strategic location, close to Tunjungan Plaza, Plaza Surabaya, Hokky Supermarket. Quite good with this price. We can refill our water bottles for free too. I like it that there are table and lots of spaces to place my stuffs. Found some dusty spots but not too much. Still reasonable.The soap pump in the bathroom is not to practical to use.

The hotel staff cleaned our room well and gave us new towels. So many options for breakfast: porridge, chicken soto (soup), fried rice, noodle, pecel, salad, fruits, vegetables; bubur madura; fries; omelette, waffle; steamed sweet potatoes. The hotel even provides jamu (herbal drinks), juice, milk, cereal and coffee. The security helped us with our big luggages 🥰

Poor booking management. My name got cancelled due to there was another name same as mine in the booking system for a same day. I just knew it when I arrived at the hotel and the hotel could not provide any room for me and my other 4 friends. We need to find another hotel. Please do not cancel customer’s booking until they check in.
