Such a beautiful hotel! Rooms are modern and classy, high standards and super clean. Equipped with a minibar and bathroap. Parking is underground, and there is a small car elevator . The receptionist was very skilled and super service minded. Location is a bit on the outside of the city, a tram will take you to downtown in 15mins.

What a lovely hotel! After a long day of exploring, it was great to kick back here in the evening. Stylish, spacious, and only a quick walk or tram ride from the city centre. Our room had a big TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime too, which was nice. We only had breakfast at the hotel on one occasion, but it was delicious and had a lot of options, from omelettes to yoghurts to bowls of fruit to cold cuts and more. It was also very reasonably priced! The staff were very kind and helpful and made us feel truly at home. Thank you for a great stay! If any of our friends visit Zagreb, I'll recommend booking here in a heartbeat.

A boutique hotel, probably about 15 rooms, located close to bus stations and around 25-30 walking distance from city center. Very attentive personnel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was reasonable but could be better. They can provide parking outside or underground.

Perfect location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Some parts of hotel should be renewed a bit like sofas in the room and very strange garage elevator. Regardless I'm coming back on the first occasion.

Just checked in today but this is a great hotel! Let us check in early, great location if you’re taking the bus/train into or out of Zagreb, free coffee/tea all day, really friendly reception staff and rooms and beautiful

Pros - Hotel across from bus station and tram stop. Must try Pekara Dubravica at bus station, especially chocolate croissant. - Easy walk into city center, approx 20mins - Doris at front desk was lovely and very helpful and personable - Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable - Shower pressure was excellent - Appreciated the robes and slippers - Airport bus from hotel stopped at bus station. Quick 5 min walk to hotel Cons - Hot water turned to cool water, if showered too long. But, hot water replenished quickly for next person to shower. Overall, highly recommend if you would like a boutique 4 star hotel with terrific service and close to bus and tram station.
