Hotel ΑΘΗΝΑ

The best hotel in Lamia at the moment. I have stayed in others in the city but I keep going back to Athina. So centrally located, the people are excellent, the service is very good and the rooms have been upgraded to similar to equivalent EU hotels.

We stayed at Hotel ΑΘΗΝΑ during our summer holidays! We had great time there with the kids rated it as one of the best hotels we had stayed during our road trip. Good value for money, clean and comfortable rooms, polite personel, great location and last but not least a wide variety of food at BREAKFAST!

It was a nice stay! Should I ever go back to Lamia, this is definitely going to be the hotel I'm going to choose to stay in! The room was clean and ready! It could use more amenities, but it was comfortable! There was not view, of pretty much anything, but since it was a short stay, I didn't really mind. It was a tad expensive, but for my short trip, I didn't mind. I recommend it!

Athina Hotel is a very comfortable, friendly, family and cosy hotel that meets all your needs either on business or on personal trip. |The location is particularly convenient as it is situated at Lamia's city centre close to everything one might need visiting the town.|The rooms are spacious, comfortable and particularly clean recently renovated.|The Lobby offers a nice place to work or meet with partners or just enjoy a relaxing time.|The top feature of the hotel is the personnel and the hotel management. Everybody is particularly keen on offering their best services, helping their guests with everything they might need and providing incredible family hosting. They make you feel at home. This attitude is not restricted only to the immediate client-facing personnel but also to the whole team working for making the stay particularly easy, safe and nice (i.e breakfast buffet people, room service team and everybody having a contribution to your stay). They are a family - team and they make that apparent to their guests. The whole atmosphere is exceptional from accommodating any reasonable request to even offering goods free of charge just to make guests feel really hosted and not typical clients.|I returned many times for business reasons during 2024 and also with family for short city breakout and neither the hotel nor the team ever disappointed me.|I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lamia.

A very nice hotel located right at the city centre. Minutes walk to bars , shops and restaurants. Nice and helpful staff, spacious rooms with a small balcony and extremely comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. We were stopping in lamia for one night and really enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel and the city. A glimpse of Greek life and people. Very welcoming place.

I have stayed here a number of times over the years and it has always been a pleasant experience. In June of 2024 my daughter and her family that includes three young children also stayed here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to meet their needs. Breakfast is very nice. Rooms have always been clean and in very good condition and I have never had an issues with this. It is located in the center of the city and within short walking distance to the four squares of Lamia and to a number of restaurants and cafes. I can't recommend it enough.

Our trip to Greece would not be complete without staying here in Lamia at Hotel Athena. Excellent staff, wonderful breakfast and rooms. Central location that allows day trips to see the surrounding historic sights and get a taste of the Greek countryside.

This hotel and people working there - are real treasure. Service and attitudes that shifted my expectations. I found this nice place via google ("hotel near me") when felt that could not drive anymore. Thanasos - the gentle that worked that night - parked my car by himself cause I simply could not drive - was exhausted. I spent 2 night instead of one there, cause the vibe and the comfort of the place can not be overestimated. Thank you!
