Hotel Aafreen

We booked two rooms for a two-night stay. The location proved convenient, with numerous restaurants nearby and a shopping hub less than a kilometer away. However, the rooms were small and had an unpleasant odor, while the management appeared disorganized and overly suspicious. We vacated one room in the morning and stored our luggage in the remaining room, informing staff that the guest from the vacated room would depart around 8:30 PM. Despite this, they repeatedly inquired about the departure time, seemingly concerned we might share a single room. The receptionist was notably rude and uncooperative throughout our stay.

The reception staff who checked me in was excellent. The staff who took my bags to my room was excellent. Having a new smart tv in the room is fantastic!Not so great .....room felt depressing, some damp, pillow cases are the worst material providing no comfort, blanket was also the same coarse material. Why leave the stickers on the screen of the tv? Do you not realise it is stupid & lessens the viewing area? That really annoyed me.Ceiling fan made a horrible noise & I feared it would spin right off & remove my head.Overall the place needs attention. That being said, it is cheap.

me and friends waited around 1 hr but they didn't provide room so we just moved to there restaurant. all restaurants staff is well behaved I just love there food and atmosphere

The rooms here are very very bad! The main door doesn't even have a handle ! The room is small, very damp and has mold growing over the walls. The curtains also have mold and the bedsheets and towels are really dirty. There is a lot of cigarette smoke smell in the room and exhaust fan doesn't work! What is the use of paying this much when the maintenance is so bad?! Not recommended!

Staff was helpful, location is convenient, beds comfy. WiFi sometimes was a little slow and hot water in the shower spare because of the boiler. Overall recommend staying here!

They do not change bed sheet and blanket after guests checkout. When I asked they replied that they do not have bedsheets and blanket. I found the room smells like smoking and hair everywhere. Seems they didn't even clean the room. You can find fungus on blanket everywhere. They do not allow any relatives after 10. Please be aware before booking this hotel.

Nice hotel very central in Kolkata. Price/quality and service to customers is excellent. The room and bathroom are clean and of good size. Recommended!
