Hotel Aafreen

The hotel has hardly any guests and they do not bother. There were more 'staff' than guests, which says a lot about the operations. Staff is aggressive, rude and dictate terms on guests. They check you in without their due diligence and then the entire staff just yells at you and hound you for your papers/IDs. With such bad reviews and perpetually no guests, the hotel is still operational, tells you a lot about what really goes in there. The staff consists of local anti social elements and they routinely go after guests. Never a moment you feel safe. STAY AWAY if you are a family or even a Single person!!!!!

me and friends waited around 1 hr but they didn't provide room so we just moved to there restaurant. all restaurants staff is well behaved I just love there food and atmosphere

Nice hotel very central in Kolkata. Price/quality and service to customers is excellent. The room and bathroom are clean and of good size. Recommended!

The rooms here are very very bad! The main door doesn't even have a handle ! The room is small, very damp and has mold growing over the walls. The curtains also have mold and the bedsheets and towels are really dirty. There is a lot of cigarette smoke smell in the room and exhaust fan doesn't work! What is the use of paying this much when the maintenance is so bad?! Not recommended!

Staff was helpful, location is convenient, beds comfy. WiFi sometimes was a little slow and hot water in the shower spare because of the boiler. Overall recommend staying here!

They do not change bed sheet and blanket after guests checkout. When I asked they replied that they do not have bedsheets and blanket. I found the room smells like smoking and hair everywhere. Seems they didn't even clean the room. You can find fungus on blanket everywhere. They do not allow any relatives after 10. Please be aware before booking this hotel.

The hotel offers a comfortable and modern atmosphere with excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. The rooms are well-appointed and clean

At check-in, I was charged 500 roupees for early check in. Room is spacious, bed was comfy, and WiFi reliable enough to work. Location is great too!
