Hotel Aafreen

Convenient location in central Kolkata. Internet is fast and reliable. Bed comfortable.Hot water supply in the shower only lasts for roughly three minutes.

The rooms here are very very bad! The main door doesn't even have a handle ! The room is small, very damp and has mold growing over the walls. The curtains also have mold and the bedsheets and towels are really dirty. There is a lot of cigarette smoke smell in the room and exhaust fan doesn't work! What is the use of paying this much when the maintenance is so bad?! Not recommended!

I was stayed in Room no-102 from 30-Dec to 2-Jan 2024. Few issues I want to address... There was not a single day room's cleaning during three days stayed. No ventilation in washroom also there was no sleepers for washroom . Not a single day took sound sleep bcz there was heavy noise coming from AC.

The hotel offers a comfortable and modern atmosphere with excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. The rooms are well-appointed and clean

They do not change bed sheet and blanket after guests checkout. When I asked they replied that they do not have bedsheets and blanket. I found the room smells like smoking and hair everywhere. Seems they didn't even clean the room. You can find fungus on blanket everywhere. They do not allow any relatives after 10. Please be aware before booking this hotel.

Never pay the amount during check in. If they force you to pay vide cash, they are not accepting UPI payments, please ask for bill. Otherwise during check out they will charge twice what you have already paid.

We had 4 Night stay at this hotel and hotel is really good which is very nearby esplanade area and love to visit again this hotel 👍👍
