Situated about 50 metres from Puerta Sol & the start of the old city, this was perfect. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast buffet amazing & the lady running breakfast (& the cleaning staff) an angel. They have access to a great quality, secure parking station about 200m away, a pub next door, a few nearby cafes & their own bar. The mezquita del Cristo Rey is literally up above the hotel & the main Zocodover Plaza 5 minutes walk. Perfect.

A pleasant hotel close to the old town. Helpful staff at reception. Rooms are noisy and have no coffee making facilities. The bed mattress is hard and uncomfortable. Pillows are okay, but not good quality. The shower and bathroom was okay. Parking is expensive and over 200m from the hotel.

Convent location next to Puerta del Sol. Easy Parking available few minutes away. On bus route. Quiet from exterior noise with 2 foot thick walls. Modern, updated but keeping historical elements. Staff were excellent and very helpful - even at 3 am.

We stayed for two days in this hotel and found on the first day everything we wanted to see and do were easily accessible from the hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet. We had the misfortune to be in Spain the day of the blackout for the second day. Although we didn’t get stuck in anything that needed electricity, it was all very disconcerting. I have marked the Hotel down for service as I found that although the staff knew this was a country wide problem they still said that we should explore the nearby streets and shops for something to eat knowing full well that nothing was working and nowhere could sell us anything. If the situation had been reversed, I would have made sure my guests were not having to traipse from place to place looking for something to eat when I could have easily accommodated them in this undoubtedly bizarre situation. The hotel owner has responded to my review. Unfortunately they have misunderstood my comment about the Spanish electricity blackout. We were there for two days and, as I have stated the first day was excellent and there were no problems at the hotel. Addendum: Having experienced the blackout I knew exactly the time that the power went out but more so acutely aware when the lights came back on. Not once did I say this lasted two days. My concern was that I felt more help could have been given to guests during this obviously tense and uncomfortable time to make staying there more comfortable..

Nice place to stop in Toledo. Great location and they have parking. The rooms are a bit small (some of them) and specially the bathrooms. No many amenities (I forgot my comb and they didn’t have any, that was strange) but good value overall for the price

We stayed recently in Hotel Abad and had a fantastic experience. We loved the authentic Spanish style in this hotel. Our room was superb, breakfast was absolutely 5 star with an amazing selection of fruits, cheeses, iberico ham and pastries. No need to eat out ....you have to have the Hotel Abad breakfast !|Staff were all incredibly helpful and attentive.

Gorgeous town, great staff, beautiful hotel. We stayed in the apartments. Vincent the hotel manager was especially kind, considerate, and helpful.

The room was absolutely gorgeous, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great (hot and potent!). Our only complaint was the soundproofing through the room door - our room was right next to the elevator and stairs, so there was quite a bit of traffic and we heard all of it (at all hours of the day/night).
