Lovely location and the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean, but they needed a little lick of paint, and the public areas were a bit dated. But I had a lovely night's sleep, which in the end is all you can ask for a hotel

The hotel needs refurbishment, both the rooms and the stairs (very crunchy). My room was very small, even though I booked a double one. I found too much furniture in the room making it uncomfortable. Almost no place to leave the suitcase. TVs are old fashioned with two remote controls, one for the TV and another for the TDT. Towels are good, thick and good looking. Parking is small and difficult if you have a big car, SUV style.

We needed to central for work reasons. Couldnt have been better. Beautifully clean room, struggled to get out of my bed, so comfortable. Loved the powerful shower. Over the weekend, on street parking cost us €2.85 from Saturday until Monday morning. Staff so lovely and helpful. Would have stolen the bed for my house if I could have.

As I booked late in the year I was lucky to get a hotel in Vitoria during the festival. I go on about star ratings in hotels sometimes as I can't understand how they work. The Hotel Dato is 1 star and in my eyes is just as good as this hotel. My wife said beds were really uncomfortable (I am light sleeper and late to bed so doesn't bother me as much). The room was very small and the shower head kept falling down pole when having shower. There was a strange smell in room (think may have been smoke). ||||I don't like to be critical and try to be balanced. The location is excellent and if you are going for festival (without children and enjoying night life) and want somewhere central this could be for you. I liked the decor in hallways and the stairways. Also the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is your basic hotel, just a place to sleep. The rooms are small and the bathroom even smaller and outdated. It's a CLEAN room, but the floors in the bathroom as they're coming apart it's hard to clean on the crevices. The beds are not the best but we had a good nights sleep. The room was quiet. It does have a good location, only 10 minutes walk to the historic old part of town. I cannot compare it to other hotels in Vitoria Gateiz as this is my first time here. However if you're on a budget it's a good hotel to stay at.

The hotel is situated quite close to the old town and easy to walk to all the bars and restaurants. However it has no parking and we had to park our car hundreds of metres away- which made it awkward.||It does not have a restaurant- and for breakfast they bring a very limited meal to your room in a plastic tray-

This cozy Hotel is located really close to downtown. It is not very big but it is functional. My room had enough space and was very clean. Hotel staff was very helpful. The only disappointment was that breakfast was not so varied as expected.

I booked an individual room. It's small but quite OK to have a two-three days break in Vitoria. Good location very near to city centre. Nice and kind service. They took care of.my luggage before I checked in for the room
