Old style huge rooms. We were sent to a room which was highly unclean and smelled of cigarettes in all places. Upon requesting they changed room. The next room was clean but had a window that did not close! Overall : Food in the restaurant was superb. Service is slow. Location is good. Safe. Spacious rooms. Very expensive.

Currently located at an under constructed road much firther from The main centres of the city. Horrible horrible behaviour by the hotel. The main reception is rude and not at all respectful if you have paid in advance. They will treat you like garbage if you’ve pre-booked and paid in advance. The rooms are old and the washroom suffocative. For the 7.5k price tag on the rooms the dental kit and body wash were not upto the mark. Nirvana boutique on the same route is much cheaper/beautiful and good service wise. We had to stay at the hotel one night prior due to a last minute plan change. Our booking started on 29th till 30th. We needed a room for 28th reaching around 1 in the night - this hotel said for the same 7.5k room we will charge 12k. We ended up staying at nirvana boutique. Major regrets leaving that place for this hell hole. Subpar reception and overall bad experience at high price. 0/10 would not recommend.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my recent visit to Ujjain. The overall experience was good and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and nicely arranged, with all the basic amenities provided. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything tidy throughout the stay, which really added to the comfort.The hotel itself has a welcoming vibe and is quite well-kept.The staff was polite and helpful whenever we had any requests. One thing to note, however, is the location. it is a bit far from the Mahakaleshwar Temple. Despite the distance, the stay was definitely worth it for the comfort and cleanliness the hotel provides. If you're okay with traveling a bit to reach the main temple area, this is a great option for a relaxed and budget-friendly stay.

ONE OF THE BEST IN UJJAIN.Everything was fine as per localities. Food quality, helpful staff especially Rahul varma need to be improved in furniture and fixtures. Sorry for over priced . I request to management please charge reasonable we are here for pilgrimage not for hill station holidays

Nice ambience, excellent service, clean and authentic pure veg food. Staff is very supportive. Pritam bhai from staff is very helpful and supportive. Guided us the perfect tour and important places in Ujjain. The hotel has affordable rates..rooms are spacious. overall good experience.

Not a pleasant hotel to stay in. The staff was not very cooperative, though manageable. The rooms were in poor condition — extremely old and badly maintained. Despite charging a hefty amount for a one-day stay, the quality did not match the price at all. We requested a cab for an 11 km trip which showed ₹250 on Ola, but the hotel quoted ₹2,000 without offering any further assistance. For guests visiting from another city, the staff should ideally be courteous and supportive, which was clearly lacking here. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

- Staff is very friendly, Rahul Verma is very courteous - Overall ambiance is good - We don’t see any safety issues, place is very quiet. - Area is not good, lots of demolition around , it was nightmare for us to get to the hotels as most of the roads has closer. When we call hotel they simply ask us to check with someone local and hang up. - Bathroom tabs are very dirty they need to well clean to remove stains. (Urban professional cleaners can help) -I really enjoy their breakfast good vegetarian food, Breakfast hours: 7.30-10.30 AM they should change it to 6.30am or 7am (if you plan to leave early by 7am you will miss the breakfast, they might offer tea / bread butter if you request but I was told staff comes at 7am) but restaurant food can be served. - We book deluxe room for Family of four. The online booking was not allowing to accept 4 guests, so booked with 2 guests. They want us to book another room during check-in. For Family of 4 they don’t have any rooms accommodate 4 guests, front desk even refuse to provide extra bed and insisted to book joining additional room for kids after lots of discussion he agreed for extra beds as we want kids in our watch and not in another room due to safety and paid 5000/-Rs extra for the extra bed we feel it’s way expensive. - WiFi was not stable every time we come back to the property you have to rejoin. They are using some 3rd party AI bot to monitor so be careful using it.

We chose this hotel due to reviews on this site which we trust. |Sadly it was a mistake and ruined our trip. ||The hotel is not even close to 4 star. It’s a 2 star at best and very expensive for its facilities. There are Atleast 50 scooters parked inside the hotel - seems you are in a govt building. Dark with no lights, the hotel is shady and not fit for families. ||Breakfast is horrible - plates glasses dirty and food seemed like thrown there for guest to eat. ||Bathroom and the entire hotel - elevators are dirty. The glasses and mugs in the suite were dirty too - we took a suite because the room was terrible. Please check the reviews - they are misleading travellers. This hotel is a 2 star at best.
