Hotel ABM International

We stayed in the Hotel 18th to 20. Our bus is on 20th to kochi, we asked the staff about checkout time because we checked in 11.30. They inform us its 24 hours check out. No problem for leaving. Only we have to pay for the two nights charge and we pay the same. When we checked out they ask us more Rs. 2500/ for that day time, their system showing one extra day, we went that day morning 8.30 for sightseeing and came back 5.30 and again go for, and came back and leave 7pm. After arguments we paid Rs. 1000 , that is very bad experience When you stay their pls confirm the checked out time with their system

3rd class hotel here manager is cheter and vary bad service , unhygine and too wast hotel don't visit this hotel...they dint communicated check our call and loathing peolpes hard earn money...

Near the mejastic KSRTC bus stand and has a free empire service totally amazing place to stay

Hotel amenities are good, but need to be improve in staff behavior. I visited this hotel 3 days of vacation. While paying 3rd day of rent, one of the staff guy was ask to me, are you leaving or continuing. I said we will continue one more day and I ask him can we get complementary water bottle? He gave me one bottle, I asked him can we get one more(because we are 2 members, as per rule per person one bottle)? That staff guy was ask to me how many people are in your room (With rude manner and arrogant attitude)? The thing is how many people are with me? And how many days I wat to stay these all things are none of his business. Related this issue, I spoke with hotel manager "asif", even he is also not respond well.

rooms are very small at the price paid. rooms feel suffocated because the lodge is in very congested place with no natural light and air. the room walls have stains of spit. Though, bathrooms are clean and hot water is available. Bell boys are helpful. Desk receptionist are confused people. one said checkout at 12pm, another said checkout at 11.30am and 850rs extra if checked out at 12pm. kindly confirm the terms and conditions before the stay.

If your looking for stay with family then highly not recommend, I was with family in the hotel for 1 day were I have experienced that liquor was fastly delivered to room then water bottle in the Lordge were waiter and management attend only liquor orders don’t care of family guest in there property , for 1 water bottle they took 20min with 2 reminder and they refused to give 1 spoon saying they don’t have how pethetic it is ?? if you want to stay with friends for liquor party then it’s very much suitable not for family .

Very poor room service. Kettle and AC was not working. Even after informed multiple times it was attended very late and after that also AC not working. Towels, dental kits & AC remote were not provided. Very worst experience.
