Stayed at this Hotel many time and had a great time , Lola behind the bar is fantastic , she makes everyone feel welcome, and Alex around the poolside is also lovely.. The only negative is u think they should supply free bottled water every day to the rooms, its the only hotel I know that doesn't? And the upgrade to sea view at 20 euros a night seems expensive through the hotel direct , when love holidays only charged a fraction of that for sea view upgrade

Great hotel, Perfect location and very clean. |I will list pros and cons to make things easier. ||Pros:||Friendly staff, from cleaners to bar staff and receptionists. |Very clean hotel you’d often see areas being cleaned and kept tidy which is always good to see|Ideal Location, next to Wiki Woo, 15 mins walk to Mambos and Cafe Del Mar, plenty of shops nearby. |We only had breakfast once as we were out most nights but it was nice and warm. Bacon Sausages pastries etc… Evening Meal was good but nothing amazing. |I feel like this hotel deserves a 4 star or maybe with a few tweaks such as All inclusive option and buffet improvements. It’s nearly a 4 star in my opinion. |Pool Area is great. Lunch Menu is fantastic, Pizzas, burgers, Toasties Paninis. All reasonably priced. |Our room 416 was great. Good view and spacious. The Shower was absolutely fantastic. |A good mix of people in hotel. From Families to couples to Party People.||Cons:||I feel like the prices for things are a bit all over in this hotel. Food is fairly priced where as drinks are all over. Cocktails are fair. Coke and Lemonade over €4? Slushes €7? Crisps €2.50? |Just a bit strange. I think beer is San Miguel however we never surprisingly had a pint. ||Evening meal could be improved with more options. I had chicken a few days in a row simply because there was nothing else to my liking. I always try to new things but nothing looked appealing. ||Air con noisy during the night but the trick there is to keep it on during the day to cool your room for the night time. ||Opinion: |Please put some money into this place and it could be an absolute gem.||I will probably come back here next year as it is ideal and good value for money.

Stayed here at the beginning of august for a hen weekend. The location is ideal for San Antonio, far enough out of the way that you can actually sleep at night but walking distance from great bars and restaurants, literally next door to wiki woo and a 15 min walk along the promenade to cafe mambos. |Pool area was lovely, plenty of sunbeds on terrace around pool or on the grassy area next door. |Restaurant food served around the pool and cocktails were 10/10! Best food I had all holiday and very reasonably priced.|The breakfast included was mediocre at best, stale hash browns, very greasy fry up and not a huge selection for continental breakfast. |Hotel staff were polite and efficient, restaurant staff were lovely and cook pizzas through to the early hours which was appreciated after spending the day at a beach club. |The rooms really let the hotel down, we had three rooms and asked for them to all be together but we’re split up across the hotel, the air con in the rooms was poor, the rooms never felt cool and the air con was so noisy you couldn’t leave it on at night if you wanted to actually sleep. |The floors in the rooms felt dirty and grit was sticking to feet so had to wear shoes constantly in the room, the bathrooms had nowhere near enough space to put any toiletries other than precariously balancing a couple of bottles on the side of the sink. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The balcony felt unsafe and seemed to slope down towards the edge which felt quite scary and I only ended up stepping onto it once. The view from my room was of a building site next door where the work was coming up as high as my room, making the room very dark, I appreciate this isn’t the hotels fault though. |Overall it was a good base for us to head out from each day and the pool and pool restaurant were absolutely fantastic but I personally wouldn’t chose to stay here again.

Great price & clean hotel, couldn’t fault the rooms or pool side. We booked through jet2 got a great deal and would stay here again. However, one afternoon I was in my room getting ready to go out and a man just walked into my room, when he seen me he walked straight back out. I’m a young girl who had my own room, I had 2 keys which were both in my purse. When I mentioned this at reception she said it must have been the cleaner. I said it wasn’t because my room had already been cleaned that day. The receptionist was rude and no help at all, luckily this happened on my last day as I was nervous about going back to the room alone on the night. She clicked on the system and said nobody had a key. I had also reported no issues with my room therefore nobody should have had access. He didn’t even knock or speak upon entry.

We have recently returned from a wonderful stay at Hotel Abrat.|The hotel is in the perfect location with excellent views of the sea especially at sunset from the roof terrace bar. Only a short stroll from Cafe Mambo and Cafe Del Mar, it’s the perfect location for those looking to be close enough to enjoy everything the sunset strip has to offer but to also give the peace and tranquility that’s needed after a busy night.|We arrived early for check-in but were shown a room to change and shower before heading to the pool area to settle down until our room was ready.|There were ample sunbeds and pool towels are available for a deposit of €15 that could be changed daily.|We booked a Junior Suite with garden view that was definitely worth the extra money. The room was fantastic, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The bathroom had a jacuzzi and separate shower.|We ate breakfast daily in the hotel and every morning there was a wide selection of hot and cold options which included freshly made omelettes and smoothies.|A couple of times throughout the holiday we had lunch in the snack bar. The food was excellent as were the choice of cocktails, with poolside service too it made the whole experience much better than the 3* shown on the building.|The staff at Hotel Abrat from check-in/reception, to cleaners and bar staff made our stay perfect, nothing was ever too much trouble. Their help with relocating my lost bag was essential in ensuring we made our flight home on time.|Thank you for a wonderful stay, we’ll definitely be back!
