Hotel AC Baqueira Ski Resort, Autograph Collection

I took my six-year-old here for a ski weekend, and we had a blast. The hotel is very kid-friendly as well as adult-friendly. It has several excellent restaurants ranging from kid-friendly casual to fine dining. We spent all of our meals in the kid-friendly areas except when I went to the spa to relax for 90 minutes, which was very nice as well. The hotel is managed very well. All the staff were very helpful and attentive and very good with kids. The location is about 100 meters from the Gondola, so no car is needed unless you want to drive to the main town, which is an easy 15-minute drive. This hotel exceeded my expectations. We had a blast and I will be taking the whole family next trip.

Xavier and the entire team went above and beyond. The ones who don't enjoy this hotel should probably stay home. 5 stars.

This trip was our first family ski trip and AC Baqueira was perfect. Our Spring Break this year coincided with my wife's birthday and my son's birthday. I called ahead to ask if they could do something special for my wife's birthday and son's birthday. We have Celiac disease and can't eat gluten.||Gloria in guest relations talked to the chef and they made my wife a delicious gluten free chocolate tort. 2 days later in a different restaurant inside the hotel, my son was presented with a gluten free cheesecake. It was the most delicious cheesecake we have ever eaten.||We ate at Raclette and 4 Valleys and the food was delicious in both restaurants. The food in the SnoBar is also good. ||It was hard to find the entrance to the hotel because it is up a hill behind a wall and there are no signs. However, as soon as I turned into the loading area, we were met by Tomas. He took our skis to our locker, our bags to our room, and parked our car.||Gloria met us in the lobby and confirmed our dinner reservations for my wife's birthday. She gave me a WhatsApp phone number to contact her if I needed anything.||When we got to our room my wife said, "They were treating us like we were movie stars. Why were they being so nice to us?"||The hotel itself is fine in everyway. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, etc. The breakfast is next level terrific. They offer a ton of gluten free food options and their servers understand celiac disease. It is a very convenient, easy walk to the slopes.||However, what makes this hotel stand out to me was the terrific service we received from everyone.

Beautiful hotel with really wonderful staff in a magical position, especially if you’re a skier. Breakfast is superb. And a particular mention for concierge Gloria; for her fantastic recommendations and for organising everything so effortlessly. We have stayed many times before and will def be back!

Great atmosphere, great service, best location to go with the family.

We booked a suite for our family. Black soot fell from the air shafts which was very clearly seen on the white bedsheets - we changed the sooty bedsheets 1 time without complaining when we checked in as they assured us it was not a normal occurrence. But returning after dinner we found more soot all over the bedsheets in both bedrooms and the front desk staff could not find us a suitable solution and they said the manager was unavailable as he was having dinner and there is no night manager. We were moved to a significantly smaller room at 10:30pm which they portend is the “same category” but half the size. Tomorrow morning they said they will move us again. Our son is also highly allergic to dust. They offered was for a handyman to arrive at some point in the evening without a specified time but at this point we just want to sleep. We have spent more than 100 room nights at Marriott out of loyalty so this was disappointing.

The staff of the hotel are so nice and welcoming. They made us feel very special each day. Upon arrival we were greeted with champagne and my kids all got little treats. When we left they gave them each individual boxes with water and snacks in it. So kind and thoughtful! My only complaint is the restaurants in the hotel are very expensive, mediocre food, and the staff working there are very unwelcoming and rude as others have mentioned in the reviews. We will definitely be back here again! The proximity to the ski lift is so nice and the ability to rent skis and just put it on your room number is really amazing. Rooms are nice and updated and comfortable. Love the bathtub Jacuzzi!

The hotel staff was very professional and kind. Breakfast was amazing and had plenty of diversity. The facilities were very good especially the spa. They took our skis and ski boots to the resort's locker. Overall everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here if your looking to spend some time in baqueira.
