Hotel AC Baqueira Ski Resort, Autograph Collection

We had a marvelous 4-night stay in March. The hotel's proximity to the lifts couldn’t be more convenient. From the moment we booked, the staff provided exceptional service, with excellent communication before our arrival and throughout our stay.||We used the recommended ski rental company, which made the experience effortless—they delivered our skis and boots directly to our locker and picked them up when we were done. Every aspect of our stay was seamless.||The morning breakfast was delightful, with a well-laid-out buffet and delicious à la carte options. We also enjoyed dinner on several nights, appreciating the variety of restaurants available. Sitting on the deck for après-ski, enjoying marshmallow s’mores, was a perfect touch.||A highlight of our trip was a fantastic massage with Noellia. Additionally, the concierge, Daniela, was incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations.||Overall, it was a truly enjoyable and memorable stay—we can’t wait to return!

My family stayed at this resort at the end of March and we had a fantastic experience. The resort is clean and very well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My kids absolutely loved the playroom and visited it every day after skiing. The gondola is just a minute away from the resort, which made everything super convenient. I have nothing but good things to say about this resort, we’ll definitely be coming back!

We have just come back from a 5 night stay and it was Brilliant . The hotel was wonderful and service was impeccable. Right from our arrival all the way to our departure the staff bent over backwards to make our stay special. a few highlights for us ||The Kids club - The kids loved this and marshmallow cooking was a real hit |All the food was amazing - with great allergy information readily available |wonderful cocktails and great wines |the onsite ski rental and the fact that our kit was put in the lockers for us (right under the gondolas)||I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning

Not a very pleasant stay overall. This simply isn’t a 5-star hotel. I would recommend staying next door instead. The service we received was very poor. Here are the main reasons: 1. Room Conditions: We booked two duplex rooms, and both had a persistent sewer smell in the bathrooms throughout our entire stay. I notified the staff, but the issue was never properly resolved. 2. Food Quality: The food was well below average—especially disappointing by Spanish standards. 3. Decor and Cleanliness: The decor and finishes of the hotel fall far short of 5-star expectations. The overall feel is outdated and unimpressive. The spa, in particular, was filthy and clearly not maintained to the standard you'd expect from a luxury property. 4. Loyalty Program Issues: Despite spending a significant amount on this family vacation, my Marriott Bonvoy points were not credited. I had emailed ahead of time asking for the points to be added to my account. Instead, they were supposedly applied to my "brother's account"—even though he didn’t pay for the stay and doesn’t even have a Marriott account. After several follow-up emails, I was told to contact Marriott USA, to whom I provided all the receipts and documentation. Still, the points have not been credited. A very disappointing experience with Marriott Baqueira—and with Marriott overall.

Our stay at the AC Baqueira was just perfect. We arrived late at night after ~24 hrs of travel and they were so welcoming. We took advantage of as many of this hotel's lovely offerings as we could - from drinks at the cozy Sno bar (had it to ourselves midweek and the bartender was great) to the breakfast (delicious, and waitstaff was so attentive), the spa (so wonderful after a day on the slopes) and even the Ski Ambassador program (can't say enough great things about Lourdes, who was so tolerant of our attempts at Spanish and showed us almost every inch of the mountains!) |The ski lockers were right at the gondola and the staff was so great with any and all requests. |We only had one small issue during our stay - we had requested that our rental car be recharged for us while it was parked there and they said they would do it but it didn't get charged during our stay. A minor thing in an otherwise perfect stay. Highly recommend the Hotel AC Baqueira.

I took my six-year-old here for a ski weekend, and we had a blast. The hotel is very kid-friendly as well as adult-friendly. It has several excellent restaurants ranging from kid-friendly casual to fine dining. We spent all of our meals in the kid-friendly areas except when I went to the spa to relax for 90 minutes, which was very nice as well. The hotel is managed very well. All the staff were very helpful and attentive and very good with kids. The location is about 100 meters from the Gondola, so no car is needed unless you want to drive to the main town, which is an easy 15-minute drive. This hotel exceeded my expectations. We had a blast and I will be taking the whole family next trip.

Such a lovely stay with an impeccable service! We have stayed in other 5* resorts in Baqueira and this was the best. Spacious family rooms with loads of storage, entertaining kids club and great breakfast.|Definitely recommend for families!

Great hotel just a 2-minute walk to the slopes. Great service, lovely spa, and clean, spacious rooms, though the mattresses could be better. Breakfast is fantastic, and the snack bar is perfect for lunch. Convenient underground parking. Showers are sooo good. Strong pressure
