Overall the hotel was good. Pool was small but nice whirlpool at one end. You could not reserve a sunbed by leaving a towel which was great to see! Hotel rooms are small but ok. Bathrooms could do with updating. Staff were friendly to us and especially Clara on reception was exceptionally nice and helped us find nice places to go. ||The resort is very lively and the streets are unfortunately very dirty. Cheap shops. Lots of police patrolling. It’s definitely aimed at the younger generation, around 18-25 years as lots of nightclubs and bars. ||Beach is pebbles (no sand at all), water sports are expensive. Sea dips down quickly so not shallow. 40 euros for 3 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas. ||If you are looking for a lively loud resort with lots going on with swarms of young adults then you will love it.||One hour from airport.

Lovely hotel! 🥰||The food was always exceptional and so much variety! Also all of the staff were welcoming, friendly and smiling when approaching them. The hotel is very clean and the pool is big enough for the amount of guests. Also the rooms are cleaned daily 😊||Also the location is perfect! Right next to the strip of bars, clubs and shops. The beach is only a 10-15 min walk and only a 5 min walk to the bus station where you can get a direct bus to Barcelona! ||Thankyou so much for an amazing holiday 😁

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very mixed experience. The location is great, and the housekeeping staff did a good job tidying the room daily and changing towels. However, there were many disappointing aspects: The breakfast buffet was only average and could be improved. The swimming pool area is extremely small, with sunbeds packed so tightly that you can barely move between them. Guests were allowed to smoke on the sunbeds, even with children nearby, and staff never intervened to ask them to move to the designated smoking area – very unhealthy and unpleasant. Guests are not allowed to bring their own drinks from the room to the pool, as they push you to use the bar instead. Parking is limited and comes with confusing extra charges: €13 if booked directly, €18 if not, plus a €20 deposit. Almost everything requires a deposit, even basic items like an iron or kettle. No activities or entertainment are organized for guests, not even for children, which made the stay less enjoyable for families. While some staff were friendly, overall service did not feel welcoming or proactive. For the price and star rating, I expected much better.

Really enjoyed my visit here! The food was excellent, and the service crew was incredibly friendly and efficient. I also appreciated how clean everything was. My only minor note is that it tends to get pretty noisy in the evening. Also, I really don’t like that smoking is allowed in the swimming pool area—especially considering there are usually lots of kids around. It takes away from an otherwise family-friendly environment. PS. 2 of my swim rings have disappeared from the hallway next to my room. No one wanted to help me with this one unfortunately.

I visited this hotel with 5 of my friends during August. The overall hotel is lovely with a nice pool, nice food and it is close to the strip. HOWEVER the staff are BEYOND RUDE. Firstly on the first day we took some crisps and bottles of water which we bought in the shop to the pool, the staff monitor the pool like police. A very rude older lady came stomping over and demanded we put the food away immediately, even a meesley bottle of water. Breakfast was another story, it was advertised that walk ins to the breakfast buffet lasted until 10:30am however they had a stank face and a major attitude if you asked to go in from 10am onwards. They would also passive aggressively start to clean up around you and take away the food at 10:30 on the dot not a second later and turning off the lights as people are eating. My friend was also refused entry to the buffet which she paid for as she was wearing a bikini, I saw a lot of ladies with smaller chests wearing bikinis inside the buffet and nothing was said to them, DISCRIMINATION at its finest! Also I noticed staff would laugh with each other and stare at guests, this made me feel very uncomfortable. |I feel because we were a group of younger girls we were treated with major attitude. Also all of the older couples reserved their loungers with towels, half the time I went to the pool the Loungers were covered in towels and no one was to be seen. One day I put a towel down on one lounger beside the bushes and I went into the lunch buffet and immediately the rude bar manager lifted my towel even though everyone had been reserving loungers all week. Does she have an issue because I am young? Because Spanish is not my native language? That is up for debate! |Security is also ridiculous, targeting groups of young people, before we even set foot into the premises he is shushing us with major attitude once again. |OVERALL, the staff need to be trained in their customer service and basic human interaction as they have the manners of a bull in a china shop. I will not be returning and I would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

I got everything I was expecting from the hotel. Nice design, clean room, friendly staff, tasty food in a great variety. Close to the beach, the pool is also comfortable (but pretty crowded). It's noisy outside in the night with a lot of youth (in August), but with a balcony closed it's OK. Affordable prices. So seems I will come back:)

My friend and I recently stayed in this hotel when we came to the area to attend the Spanish F1 Grand Prix in Barcelona. Whilst the rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast choice was very good, we were mostly impressed by the service provided by the hotel. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The people working at the reception were always ready to answer our questions. The hotel is also in close proximity to the beach and to some very nice local restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.

Great friendly modern hotel ||Common areas: all common areas have recently been refurbished. Every where is very clean and well maintained, the pool area is small but the hotel is very near to the beach. ||Rooms: we had room 314, corner pool view, decent balcony. All expected amenities including air con. TV old but that didn’t bother us. ||Food: Both breakfast and Dinner were good, lots of choice all freshly cooked, reasonable drinks prices. ||Staff: We didn’t experience anything negative during our stay, every one we met was friendly and polite, going out of their way to help, used plates were promptly removed, lots of cleaning in the restaurant, fresh food replenished. ||The festival of San Juan took place on 23rd June. The hotel held a special meal with complimentary cava and sparklers. ||I would definitely return to this hotel due to the great experience we had here, if you are looking for a central location, handy for the bus station, shops, beach and restaurants this is the place for you.
