Hotel Acapulco Lloret

Cosy boutique Hotel clean and all staff friendly. Food was lovely and great variety. The pool was a bit cramped as subeds close. Rooms Cleaned daily and all other areas were spotless. Are was a 10 min walk to beach which is a course sand so only went once. Shop on the opposite side of town where much better as it was the repudiative usual souvenir ones. The highlight was the local bus to GIRONA which is so beautiful I’d go back. Fantastic 5 days

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything was spotless, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was truly amazing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. The location is perfect – just a 10-minute walk to the sea, with shops and fast-food places nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back. ¡Mil gracias a todos!

The hotel lobby, restaurant and bar area are all very modern and fresh. The staff were all friendly that we met. The standard pool view room was functional for 5 nights. However, the room really needs a refurbishment. The beds were comfy, and we were provided with an extra pillow. The maid cleaned the room the first few days but not for the last 3. The blinds were frayed, and the lamp shades need to be cleaned. The bath has bits of rust, and the balcony could do with a scrub. We really enjoyed the breakfasts. Overall we would return either early or late season so as to avoid the younger crowds.

A very nice hotel 🏨 very helpful at reception and the bar,people were very friendly and the cleaning service was exceptional 👏 We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Acupulco. Location was perfect near shops and the beach. The rooms were fine,got a kettle for coffee, there was air conditioning, we never needed anything, breakfast was included, you could pick what you liked. I would recommend staying at this hotel 🏨 Very enjoyable stay 😉

Overall the hotel was good. Pool was small but nice whirlpool at one end. You could not reserve a sunbed by leaving a towel which was great to see! Hotel rooms are small but ok. Bathrooms could do with updating. Staff were friendly to us and especially Clara on reception was exceptionally nice and helped us find nice places to go. ||The resort is very lively and the streets are unfortunately very dirty. Cheap shops. Lots of police patrolling. It’s definitely aimed at the younger generation, around 18-25 years as lots of nightclubs and bars. ||Beach is pebbles (no sand at all), water sports are expensive. Sea dips down quickly so not shallow. 40 euros for 3 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas. ||If you are looking for a lively loud resort with lots going on with swarms of young adults then you will love it.||One hour from airport.

Lovely hotel! 🥰||The food was always exceptional and so much variety! Also all of the staff were welcoming, friendly and smiling when approaching them. The hotel is very clean and the pool is big enough for the amount of guests. Also the rooms are cleaned daily 😊||Also the location is perfect! Right next to the strip of bars, clubs and shops. The beach is only a 10-15 min walk and only a 5 min walk to the bus station where you can get a direct bus to Barcelona! ||Thankyou so much for an amazing holiday 😁

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very mixed experience. The location is great, and the housekeeping staff did a good job tidying the room daily and changing towels. However, there were many disappointing aspects: The breakfast buffet was only average and could be improved. The swimming pool area is extremely small, with sunbeds packed so tightly that you can barely move between them. Guests were allowed to smoke on the sunbeds, even with children nearby, and staff never intervened to ask them to move to the designated smoking area – very unhealthy and unpleasant. Guests are not allowed to bring their own drinks from the room to the pool, as they push you to use the bar instead. Parking is limited and comes with confusing extra charges: €13 if booked directly, €18 if not, plus a €20 deposit. Almost everything requires a deposit, even basic items like an iron or kettle. No activities or entertainment are organized for guests, not even for children, which made the stay less enjoyable for families. While some staff were friendly, overall service did not feel welcoming or proactive. For the price and star rating, I expected much better.

The personal was friendly and breakfasts was pretty good, with all minuses, it was good value for money The rooms are old, with almost nothing in them. You have to leave deposit for the electric kettle, we took the last one from reception. You also have to leave deposit for the parking key and for the pool towels. This doesn’t feel like 4star hotel
