🏨 4/5⭐️||🥐 5/5 ⭐️||🛌 3/5 ⭐️||🧹 4/5 ⭐️||Overall, quite impressed with Acapulco. Had originally planned to stay at GHT Miratge but for the value, this place has exceeded expectations. ||Best features are the pool + jacuzzi and friendly staff. Nice selection of cheap drinks by the bar. Food options are really good and there is plenty of options & variety. ||The beds were really comfy and rooms cleaned daily. ||Staff really helpful throughout the hotel, we decided to change to half board after not finding anywhere decent to eat in the town centre. This was easy to do and we were super glad we did as we enjoyed the choices for dinner! ||Considerations: |Rooms - not the best. Extremely loud. First night next door had a shower at 1:30 in the morning and could hear people talking and opening wardrobes. There was also occasions people were coming back from night outs at 3am and being extremely loud and due to how thin the walls were you could hear shouting and banging which was annoying. ||Pool - not much space by the pool and sun beds are cheek-to-cheek. ||Nearby Hotels - sometimes the music coming from surrounding hotels can be annoying but Acapulco tries its best to be more relaxed and the staff are extremely helpful. When looking at the hotels in the surround area we do think this is one of the nicest with a much more chilled vibe compared to the rest of Lloret. ||Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great Hotel. Clean and spacious. Single rooms a bit small but no complaints for the money. Very friendly staff, tasty breakfast and dinner buffet. 5 min stroll to town centre. Wifi good. Also very nice bar/pool area, particularly in the evenings for a quiet drink or meal. Would highly recommend.

Clean hotel , beds comfortable, wrap around balcony 👍..... no tea facilities. Bathroom small.. no plug for bath .. Bathroom door has no lock on it .. Food aimed at Spanish. No British TV channels.. sun loungers too crammed around pool . Hotel very central for everything. Staff 1st class ... guitart hotel across Rd very very loud music daily .. balcony furniture was wooden bistro set so very small and uncomfortable. Needs changed .. groups of young people allowed but no noise from them ... checked out early morning and given lovely picnic for journey.

Arrived at 2am after a flight change and was quickly checked in - unfortunately the room was tiny and the balcony (if you can call it a balcony overlooked a kebab place full of “young people”. |The next morning we spoke to a very helpful young man who helped us change rooms ( at our decision as it was our honeymoon we also paid more to upgrade to a superior room which had a massive balcony that|accommodated 2 sun beds and 2 chairs and air con(room 606)|From here on we had nothing but a wonderful time - the hotel is modern and extremely clean, the towels were changed daily and the room was cleaned. We had a small issue with ants but this was dealt with within an hour and no further problems. |All the staff we came into contact with were happy smiley and helpful. The hotel is near many bars club’s restaurants and the beach but not to close to cause problems. It is also near the main bus station so you can easily visit Barcelona or Girona.|Breakfast was self service and plentiful if not a little same each morning.|The pool was very pretty but quiet small and not a lot of sun beds which wasn’t an issue for us )we had them on our balcony 😁but I would imagine could be a problem in high season ?|I would also like to thank Rachel(I think) on reception who took the time to ring and sort out our transfer back to the airport .|A lovely hotel

We stayed in this hotel for a week. We booked a room for 3 people, but we got a normal sized 2-bed-room on the first floor with an additional bed. As a result, one bed was just placed under the bedside light making me hit my head frequently. The lightswitch was also placed right behind the pillow, so every time I moved while sleeping I accidentally hit the light, waking up my room mates. Of course, with 3 beds and 3 people in a 2 bed sized room the space is very limited. The free wifi is useless. While it does work pretty well once you‘re connected, you have to relogin every time you quit the internet. This is an unnecessary waste of time, as you have to fill out the same information every time you want to use the internet. In addition, the room service took a t-shirt from our room and placed it in the hallway on the fire estinguisher. I know this sounds unbelievable and I cannot comprehend the reasoning behind this action, but this behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. For the food, the breakfast was alright. It was nothing special, and there is a lot of room for improvement. The dinner on the other hand, was terrible. A lot of the food wasn‘t properly cooked. They even managed to improperly cook the dough of their pizzas, and also served meatballs, which were still raw inside, each giving you a stomach ache if you consume them. Which is also unacceptable. Overall, while the hotel lobby is beautiful and their backyard with their pool is nice, the room service placing a t-shirt in the hallway and the badly cooked meat are unacceptable, giving me no other choice than to give the hotel this raiting.

This hotel was very lovely- much more so than we expected: although not top class it is of a very decent standard and the pool was lovely. The staff were all very friendly and pleasant.

I stayed here for 1 week with my teenage daughter. There were some good aspects of the hotel but very poor in areas too. Good aspects were the excellent staff at reception and dining, they were very accommodating which included dietary requirements. Bar staff were very nice too. Poor aspects were the hotel rooms which we requested to be moved from after 1 night. Unfortunately the noise both from outside and inside the hotel did not allow for peaceful nights. We were woken by paper thin walls and had to put up with parties in rooms above and beside us on several nights. The rooms themselves are very clean but very basic, no fresh water to drink in room. Its important to have at least water available in your room when its a 4 star hotel. We went full board but thought drinks would be included at dining times. We had to pay for every drink, even water at dining times. The pool area was nice but not enough loungers for people which led to towels being removed by bar staff if you left your lounger for over an hour which definitely caused upset! Overall I think the hotel was not suitable for us as the area seems to attract large groups of young adults looking for young persons fun! We still had a nice week in the sun but I doubt we will be back. The staff were so good though.
