Hotel Accord

This hotel by no means fancy, but you can instantly feel the charm of Indian Hospitality from the check-in to cleanliness of the hotel and room. It feels vintage; probably the best way to describe it because its definitely old, narrow halls and bathrooms, but you see the beauty and charm through cleanliness and convenience provided through its old age. We felt good instantly! Most modern hotels we have stayed wouldn't have the cleanliness and care this hotel provided. It feels more like a bed and breakfast place than a hotel especially with in-room breakfast service. Getting hot water in budget Indian hotels is always an issue, but not here. Even bathroom basin had hotwater 24/7. The staff is courteous, interactive, humble, and very generous in providing services. Location is in the middle of buzzing streets of Santa Cruz Rail station area... within a walking distance, but it was still pretty quiet since the hotel is behind another hotel and a restaurant. You still hear birds chirping in the morning. We stayed for 2 nights for an event in Jio Convention center. It was close enough via Auto and felt way safer than most hotel we researched in Bandra Kurla area and or close to Bandra Terminus. We would highly recommend this place if you have to be in Bandra Kurla area for stay.

This is the third time I stayed at this hotel. Small but cozy and clean hotel rooms. Friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Good value for money. 10 min walk from new Aqua line of Mumbai Metro that provides good North-South connectivity and can take you all the way to Cuffe Parade. Reasonably close to BKC as well.

The hotel is slightly outdated of dateI suppose back in time when it was renovated it was luxery. But it is slightly behind on maintenance.Electric switches a little bit doubtfulOverall I was satisfiedI arrived without luggage as this was stuck in the airportI asked if they could provide me a toothbrush. The servant said: okay sir, wait a minute. And before I knew it he came back with toothpaste and tooth brushAt night the servants sleep in the lobby on the floorThey serve good food! The lift wobbles like it will fall. The lift smells like it's been rotting since 1945. The rooms reek of fungus smell. Bed and bedsheet were clean but I felt uneasy sleeping in the wet smell. Will never come back until this place is tore down and rebuilt fresh.

Parking space is a plus point, courteous staffs, prompt service and provides good space in the neat clean rooms, happy yo be here repeatedly, regards

Hotel Accord is one of the cleanest hotels close to Santacruz railway station. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Some rooms have small balcony too. They serve delicious Indian breakfast such as Idli Sambhar, Upma, Poha along with tea, coffee or fruit juice. Room service staff is very prompt and helpful Reception staff is cordial and guides you properly. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I definitely recommend this hotel for solo travellers and families too.

Had a really good stay at Hotel Accord during my first visit to Mumbai. The location is super convenient—right between Santacruz Metro and Santacruz railway station, both just a short walk away. The hotel has an old-school Bombay vibe, which I personally loved. It’s not flashy, but it’s clean, comfortable, and has its own charm. The staff were really kind and approachable, made everything smooth and easy. Also, the complimentary breakfast (served in the room) was tasty—had bread toast, omelette, coffee, and mango juice. One thing I really appreciated—they didn’t switch off the AC or hot water. We came back late around 1 AM, and still had hot water to shower before bed. Small detail, but it made a big difference. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy and budget-friendly place in a prime location.
