Hotel Accord

The lift wobbles like it will fall. The lift smells like it's been rotting since 1945. The rooms reek of fungus smell. Bed and bedsheet were clean but I felt uneasy sleeping in the wet smell. Will never come back until this place is tore down and rebuilt fresh.

Had a really good stay at Hotel Accord during my first visit to Mumbai. The location is super convenient—right between Santacruz Metro and Santacruz railway station, both just a short walk away. The hotel has an old-school Bombay vibe, which I personally loved. It’s not flashy, but it’s clean, comfortable, and has its own charm. The staff were really kind and approachable, made everything smooth and easy. Also, the complimentary breakfast (served in the room) was tasty—had bread toast, omelette, coffee, and mango juice. One thing I really appreciated—they didn’t switch off the AC or hot water. We came back late around 1 AM, and still had hot water to shower before bed. Small detail, but it made a big difference. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a cozy and budget-friendly place in a prime location.

Property is somewhat valued for money. Rooms: not good as compared to their pricing, Washroom was not properly cleaned, Shower head was damaged, Room Walls was having long cracks, AC's condition was bad (even though it was working) Service: Nice as compared to other 3 star hotels Food: Good Location: Good, 2 mins walk from Santacruz station (East side) Staff: Very co-operative. There is a bar and a restaurant just beside the property which is very nice and worth to visit at evenings. To stay at this hole For one night is ok.

I had apprehensions when I entered this hotel. The lobby was very small, and the Hotel looks very old. The Rooms were very small and it looks like walls were built surrounding the Bed. But the service of the staffs are excellent. The breakfast was very limited and they serve directly to your Room. They don't serve it in the Restaurant. But the staffs are on their toes and the service is the saving grace for this Hotel.

Hotel Accord is one of the cleanest hotels close to Santacruz railway station. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Some rooms have small balcony too. They serve delicious Indian breakfast such as Idli Sambhar, Upma, Poha along with tea, coffee or fruit juice. Room service staff is very prompt and helpful Reception staff is cordial and guides you properly. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and I definitely recommend this hotel for solo travellers and families too.

Value for money hotel if you are looking one near airport. Service was good. Rooms were small but clean.

recently interacted with your reception staff Mr. Raghu(I think he told me lies about his name) I think he needs some serious training on how to speak with guests, please take my advice and train him his attitude like he don't care about the guest such a mannerless insan horrible experience with hotel accord that's my feedback to your hotel Kind your information Mr. Sheldon I had booking with you for 4 nights and i cancelled my booking for your senior person Mr. Raghus kind nature ☺ i ask him about rooms photos and he denied for that and also said you cancel your booking I can't send you any picture of rooms if you want stay with us you can or else you cancel your booking what type of his kind nature in this I actually don't understand.any ways many thanks for your pathetic service and all the best to your management for this horrible staff

Staff is very cooperative. Safe place for Hindu family stay.
