Hotel Accord

Rooms are very small with a bathroom where you can't move even freely. Complimentary breakfast is such where you cannot choose your food freely not only that there is such restrictions which I had never found anywhere. AC doesn't work properly. They told as I had booked through make my trip so they provided smallest room.

We chose Hotel Accord for its vicinity to the airport and availability of airport taxi. We stayed here for 1 night in transit. Right from the booking via telephone, to receiving, room service and airport taxi, the service was remarkable. The staff was friendly and ready to go for anything that you needed at a moment's notice. The room we had to settle for on the first floor was not the best of rooms but it sufficed for just the day. The hotel has an old-school type charm with its wooden interiors and warm hues. The condition of the rooms and the lavatory was satisfactory. The lighting was alright and there was next to no view from the room we got which felt a bit claustrophobic. The room was pretty quiet though on the plus side.

Stayed here for 4 nights after booking through online portal. Opted for paid airport pick up service provided by the hotel. Everything was smooth. Location wise it is at walking distance from Santacruz station. So you have good connectivity with trains, buses and auto. BKC is just 15 mins far from here so good place to stay here if you wish to attend meetings there. More or less you will get similar rooms for this price in and around the area but best thing here is the staff here. They are polite. Very good service. Rooms are very clean. Food is quite good. After having some bad experiences at some other hotels in Bandra. I can say this is the place I can visit again.

This is a very good budget hotel, very close Santacruz station and close to Western Express Highway. Staff is very polite and friendly. Complementary breakfast is served in the room which is a great service.

Rooms are small and okayish but location is perfect with airport on one side and Santa Cruz station on the another . Staff is pretty friendly too

Accord is located right next to the Santacruz station which offers great convenience. The staff is extremely courteous and nice so that's a big green flag. The rooms, however are not good and the toilets are straight up bad and old for the kind of money you pay. I had to shell out 3k per night for a standard room with breakfast, and the room and toilet were only "manageable". You expect such quality when booking a cheap 1.5k type room. The hotel is in dire need of a renovation.

Yes, This is Amazing hotel to stay peacefully. I was stayed about two days in this hotel and got good room, service and it's located in the prime place. There was wifi connection good and fully sanitized rooms. Thank you to Hotel Accord.

For my US visa interview, I stayed here for two nights. Just ten to fifteen minutes from both the airport and the United States embassy. Our hosts were far too generous. The bathroom and room were spotless. You should go there without any doubts.
