Great location on a relatively quiet street about a 5 minute walk from the Syntagma metro. Practically all the sights we visited were within walking distance (at most, 25 minutes). Tons of restaurants in the area and the neighborhood has a great vibe. Very friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast is included. Our room was very quiet.

This hotel is very clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and provided us with a map and explained where the hotel is located and things to do around the area and where to go. We stayed for 2 nights. I was up early everyday so I did not get the chance to eat breakfast, but it did smell good was we walked by. The elevator is small and can fit either 1 person and 1 bag or just 2 people with no bags. Overall, we were pleased with this hotel and would stay again if ever back in Athens. This hotel is in a great location!!!! Would recommend staying here if you are looking and come across this hotel!

Spent three days in Athens here at the Achilleas. Very near everything. Very helpful and charming staff. Great breakfast. Ideal to have a central place from which to roam around in Athens. The place is not expensive but it gives you everything you need.

We booked the Athens Pack Offer for our 3-night stay, which included a transfer from the port of Piraeus following our cruise. The transfer was well communicated and executed and was a nice convenience for us. The hotel itself was great too! We had a very comfortable Junior Suite with good air conditioning, much appreciated in the hot July weather. The King size bed was terrific. We enjoyed the included breakfast, so convenient to fuel up before our very full days of sightseeing. Hotel location is central and we could walk to all the city sights! Lots of great restaurants nearby. Even though the hotel is in the middle of Athens, it's on a calmer street and we found the room to be very quiet and good for sleeping.

The place is convenient and near all attractions. However, the room was noticeably infested with bed bug. My daughter and I got bitten all over our bodies despite we had different room.

Loved staying here! Great location in Plaka to shops & restaurants, clean rooms & nice staff. Felt safe walking around the area at night and liked how every room had a balcony. Breakfast was typical European style and good. Elevators are small and fit one person + suitcases.

Modern hotel in the heart of Athens. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and the acropolis. The elevators are tiny. Rooms were quiet. The view is an adjacent building. There's a parking garage next door but we had a tour driver so we didn't need parking.
