Tiny room, poor use of space in room, with large desk and poorly placed TV. Rooms in Japan are small, but this was the smallest we had out of 7. Food selection of Western breakfast limited but adequate. Not a complaint we were in Japan! Not a hotel we would choose again. Bed not comfortable. Staff at breakfast were exceptionally polite.

This hotel is a very good choice for staying. The room size is the standard Japanese budget hotel. The room is equipped with TV that the English manual for remote controller. I was impressed with the charging cable they provided at the bedside table. Also, they provide coffee, tea, cocoa for free in each floor. Lastly, the most impressive thing for me is breakfast which is free, but the quality of food is very good. However, it’s very dark and quiet at night.

This is a pretty standard business hotel. The rooms are small but clean and modern. It's fairly centrally located in Hiroshima which is somewhat convenient because it's a relatively small city and the hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Hiroshima station and 20 minutes or so from the peace memorial park. It's also quite close to lots of shopping and dining around Hatchobori. The staff spoke very little English but were very helpful when we asked questions regarding restaurants in our poor Japanese. We arrived before check-in time but were able to go through the check-in procedure and the hotel kept our luggage in the back room until we came back after our room was ready to pick up our luggage and room key. The available breakfast is a buffet with Japanese and western food available. Nothing too fancy about this hotel but it is comfortable and in a good, central location.

This business hotel is well located in Hiroshima, and it gives easy access to exploring the city. It's only about a 15 minute walk from the station, and it's not a difficult walk, either. It's a very nice-looking hotel, and comes across as very stylish in its decor. The staff was pleasant at check-in and check-out, and the room was very clean and well-maintained. It has chargers in the room for phones and portable wi-fi routers, so it's extremely convenient for any type of traveler. A definite recommendation to anyone thinking about a stay in Hiroshima, which is a beautiful city and a wonder to explore.

We stayed here as a family and had booked two rooms which turned out not to be adjacent. Would not recommend for a family stay as the location is near the red light district.||||The double room was smaller than the twin room (no room to swing a cat) and the bathroom was in a cupboard. Each floor has communal coffee making facilities and there are vending machines downstairs selling drinks and snacks. Breakfast is included, ended up being quite good.

A very nice budget hotel located in a decent area. It took me around 15 minutes to walk from Hiroshima station to get there. Rooms are fitted out in a "businessmans" style. It definitely feels like a place designed to get work done. Bathrooms are quite small, so you might struggle if you're used to big bathrooms.. Staff are very friendly and helpful with an excellent level of English language skill.

The location is very good; walkable to/from the main train station and also to the main parts of town.||||The room was normal Japanese size and well presented and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good with a decent range of hot and cold food. At the end of the corridor there was a free tea/coffee machine.||||Good choice for our one night in Hiroshima.

Staff were fantastic - they didn’t speak English but were super helpful at all times. They helped us with luggage forwarding and put lots of effort in to help us. Breakfast was great - western and Japanese. Vending machines handy and laundry facilities good. The room was clean but very small!
