Hotel Adele & Jules, Grands Boulevards, Paris, France - Explore & Book

"What a perfect Parisian pair this is. Formed of two 19th-century houses on a private, gated road, Adele and Jules feels exclusive and quiet. But it has a favourable spot in the Grands Boulevards district, so getting here is a breeze; the Gare du Nord is close (you can walk it if you wish), as are a bunch of Metro stations. We walked almost everywhere - the Opera Garnier in 20 minutes, the Sacre-Couer in 25, the Louvre in 30. My pedometer recorded 30,000 steps on our first day! The two buildings are almost identical, both with 30 stylish rooms spread across five floors, each one themed by colour like a layer of the rainbow. Shunning the minimalist look, rooms are styled with geometric patterns in tones of blue, pink, purple and red, giving them a warm and textured appearance. Some have petite balconies overlooking the leafy private street. Down in the two salons, breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea are laid out among easy chairs and vintage finds, the soft lighting and rich shades giving them a cosy, speakeasy kind of vibe. We paused here to rest our tired feet, then headed back out to experience the neighbourhood’s buzzing bistro scene. There are bars, cafes, bakeries and restaurants everywhere, you’re in the thick of it, yet cocooned in a little gated mews you can call your Parisian home. Highs An unbeatable location - walkable to sights, theatres, public transport and a vast array of restaurants and bistros Reasonably priced for such a central hotel Located on a private, gated street so there’s no through traffic and few pedestrians walking past Brimming with Parisian charm - handsome on the outside; stylish and homey on the inside, with colours adding character, and decent-sized rooms for Paris Friendly and attentive staff can help with restaurant recommendations and anything else you need Lows Currently, building work nearby is causing some street noise during the day Jules doesn’t have a bar, so you’ll need to pop over to Adele or order room service for a drink We’ve heard that rooms on the ground floor can be a little noisy Breakfast is pricey, but it’s a decent spread" - Kate Parsons

Adèle & Jules (Paris, Île-de-France) 74 Hotel Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Adèle & Jules, a 60-room beauty in the Right Bank’s up-and-coming Grands Boulevards district, is the youngest sister in a family that already includes Hôtel Thérèse and Hôtel Recamier. The rooms are cozy, this being Paris and all, but some come with balconies, many with Nespresso machines, and the junior suites feel like small Parisian apartments, something we’ve all been guilty of daydreaming about from time to time." - Tablet Hotels

The Hotel Adèle & Jules exceeded our expectations. We stayed for 12 days in a Deluxe Double Room, and the space was perfect for a couple. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, the closet was large enough to accommodate our clothes, and a complimentary bottle of water was provided daily. The hotel staff was a highlight. They were friendly and prompt in responding to our requests. A special mention goes to receptionist Blandine, but everyone was very kind. The location was excellent: it's on a quiet, dead-end street, providing a peaceful night's rest. At the same time, the hotel is close to the subway and buses. The area is lively and vibrant, with several bars and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent for our dietary needs: juices, yogurts, croissants, various types of bread, prunes, cappuccino, chocolate, fresh and dried fruit, eggs, and more. Furthermore, every afternoon at 4 p.m., the hotel offers its guests a complimentary coffee with cakes and sweets. And the coffee, milk, cappuccino, and hot chocolate machine is available 24 hours a day for guests to use. The only thing we missed was a refrigerator in the room.||We're used to nice hotels in Europe and found Adèle & Jules excellent for our objectives.

Stayed for 7 nights in early September. The experience was overwhelmingly positive. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was excellent. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. I do feel however, that for the price point, the room is quite small, even by European standards. The SqMs listed clearly include the hallway of the room which is just not usable space. Overall, it's a lovely hotel but the rooms are cramped.

I booked this hotel based on the fabulous reviews and it did not disappoint. Set in a quiet side street, we were never disturbed by noise. |On arrival we were welcomed warmly by the reception staff. The gentleman on the desk was very helpful and patient with my rather rusty French! |We were a family of 4: parents and 2 teenagers. We had 2 rooms, a double and a twin, in their own corridor, which was ideal for us. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with slippers, robes, lovely toiletries and bottled water. There were plenty of plug sockets as well as a couple of USB charging points. The rooms were spotless and carefully made up each day. We asked for extra pillows and these were provided. The air conditioning was most welcome after a day of sightseeing in the heat. We did find it a bit too cold at times, but we found the controls easy to adjust to our comfort. |We did not take breakfast at the hotel preferring to try various places out and about. We did enjoy the complimentary coffee and cake at tea time each day - a really lovely touch. |We found this was a perfect base for our short break in Paris.

The hotel is a boutique hotel. The location was convenient in that it was within walking distance to small restaurants and stores. We had the family room on the sixth floor. It was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken when we got there and we had to climb up 6 flights of stairs to get to our room. They told us the elevator would be fixed the next day. It was not fixed even after we left 4 days later. The spiral staircase was very narrow and my husband ended up taking a tumble on the stairs. Luckily they had another building with a working elevator and we were moved the next day after my husband fell. The staff was nice. It looks like an older hotel and I am not sure how often maintenance requests come up, but I don't think things are fixed quickly.

We stayed in Rooms 15/16, the two connecting rooms. The Basics: Separate hallway with door separating the rooms from the rest of the hotel. Both rooms had balconies with a small table that very few other rooms had in the hotel. On 1st floor above the lobby so easy access by stairwell but also has elevator access. Keys could be used on either door when connected so it made it easy to check on children. Rooms were very quiet. Plenty of AC and hot water. Had a heated towel rack in the bathroom that was helpful to dry clothes from rain. Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. Breakfast is extra but coffee machine and hot chocolate/tea is free. There is a 24/7 front desk person and location is close to many different restaurants and bars. 25 minute walk to the Louvre. Area felt very safe .

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Adele & Jules in June/July 2025. It was so quiet and welcoming. The hotel is in an amazing location on a quiet dead end side road and is close to subway stops. The hotel employees were amazing and professional. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Our room was pure luxury. We slept 3 comfortably and were so thankful for the air conditioning as there was a significant heat wave. We will absolutely stay there again should we be fortunate enough to travel back to Paris.

Hotel Adèle & Jules is an absolute gem, perfectly nestled on a quiet, private street while remaining in the heart of an amazing and vibrant neighborhood. What truly set our stay apart, however, was the phenomenal staff and their impeccable communication. Our travel plans were thrown into chaos when a weather-related flight delay pushed our arrival back by nearly a full day. I contacted the hotel, and their response was reassuring and incredibly accommodating, instantly relieving our stress. This outstanding service continued throughout our visit; every staff member was wonderfully engaging, fluent in English, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is a walker's paradise, with most major sights a pleasant 30-to-40-minute stroll away, surrounded by excellent dining options. For longer treks or tired feet, the transportation access is superb. Multiple Métro stations are just around the corner, offering effortless access to the entire city—a welcome relief after a long day of exploring. We had two rooms for our family of five, and both were very comfortable and served as a perfect sanctuary from the bustling city. A minor note: there was some construction on a nearby building, which could be audible in the afternoon. However, this was a complete non-issue for us as we were out enjoying Paris, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Without a doubt, we would repeat our stay in a heartbeat. Hotel Adèle & Jules has earned our highest recommendation for its charm, location, and truly exceptional staff.

Yelp
We liked it. We were looking for a nice room at a nice price in a decent neighborhood and Hotel Adèle for the bill. The location worked well for us and was only a few blocks away from the Metro train. There were a lot of small shops and cafes in the neighborhood and we shopped and ate nearby daily. The staff was always very accommodating. Our room was cute, smallish and clean. One con was the air-conditioning. With temps in the mid to high 90s F, it just had a hard time cooling to our needs. By the middle of the night, it was cool enough to sleep. Daily maid service was nice. While we didn't eat breakfast here (22Euro), we did get a drink at the bar a couple of evenings. For the price and location, we would stay here again.

Yelp
The best little hotel in Paris! This boutique hotel is what all boutique hotels should strive to be. Located in the 9th Arrondissement in a courtyard on a small neighborhood side street that provided privacy and a charming quiet atmosphere for our stay. It was a joy to return to our room and collapse after days filled with sightseeing and eating! There a plenty of dining/drinking establishments in the neighborhood and the Metro and Bus connections are steps away. The rooms are small ie boutique style. They are spotlessly immaculate, the staff are all professionally friendly and extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Yelp
Five night stay. Reasonably good location in a quiet alley. Rooms were small and we did reserve and get a Boulevard club room but still small. Nonetheless, there was no bathtub or even real shower stall. Instead the shower was literally right next to the toilet with a curtain and no ledge. No terrace. The pros: room was clean, Nice and cool temperature so when coming back from a hot day of sightseeing that was helpful, comfortable bed, honesty bar downstairs. The cons: not overly friendly staff, having to leave keys so they would know when we were not in the room was awkward, and everything I mentioned above about the bathroom. Also did not appreciate every single Nespresso capsule in the room was one euro. Even then, we did not mind paying it but when we had used all the capsules they never replenished them unless we called downstairs. They also did not give us additional coffee cups when we used the ones that were in the room. It's just little details that make a stay much better and don't require us to continue to call downstairs for something that should have been easily taken care of in advance. Breakfast was included with our rate and when we went downstairs to have it in the eating area it was completely filthy with all tables covered with dirty dishes, food area was not clean, etc. We ordered breakfast to our room a couple of times and that was much better. Overall, not a terrible place to stay and there were some good points. But it did not live up to my expectations and the site that I booked through definitely made it sound better than it was. I would not stay here again, but I would not say that it is a bad place to stay. Would give 3.5 stars if I could. Note: if you need to get to the airport and are taking Uber, give yourself at least two hours from here. It's not really that far, but it took us this long in the horrible Parisian traffic.

Yelp
We are here now. Location is good. Off the beaten path. Quiet. Walking to the Opéra and shopping areas. Rooms are amazing and there is an honor system here where you charge yourself from the bar and beverages and food. Cool concept. AC is cherry. Windows open to street so you can hang next to it and talk to the other building. Been here for 7 nights so far so good. I wouldn't give up this hotel I give it 5 star rating. I just love this hotel and we will definitely stay here next time we come to Paris.

Yelp
Beautiful boutique hotel tucked away from the main hustle and bustle of Paris. This hotel takes pride in making sure each guest has a wonderful experience - their attention to our needs and high level of customer service is what made a lasting impression for me and my family. The room was spacious ( suite) and the futon bed (extra charge) was quite large and comfortable. The bathroom has a beautiful tub/shower and was also quite large. We are so glad to have found this tucked away gem and highly recommend staying here!

Yelp
Excellent hotel... I have stayed in so many hotels in Paris in last 30 years from 5 star to 3 star hotels!! I have never seen in such a friendly atmosphere !!! The rooms were really clean, customer service was excellent. They were serving complementary coffee, tea any time of the day!!! It was walking distance to most major sightseeing destinations. Lots of good cafes in the neighborhood.

Yelp
It's kind of a small hotel (they have an annex but I didn't get a chance to take a look at it ) but don't let that put you off. It is charming and comfortable and the staff is warm and friendly. The room in which we stayed was quiet...did I say it's on a small court yard/teensy Street? And the bed,"the bed was just right" as Goldilocks might say. Paris ain't cheap. But at this hotel the price was reasonable considering the convenient and safe location. We walked everywhere... Since we only had a day and a half in Paris which is never long enough. The weather was perfect, restaurants close by were fantastic... You can read my other reviews.
