Hotel Admiral

The rooms are a bit small, but the beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff members at the front desk were amazing. It was also very nice to have access to a pool to relax in after a busy day. The area itself has many restaurants, a grocery store, and is an easy walk to the lake.

A greeting from China! We are very appreciate the help of room manager Fabio.:) When we were rest in this hotel as travelers, we losted a black bag with 200 euros in TV table. We were really in a bad mood for what was happen, and tried to call back to check if hotel staff find out a black bag.In the end, the hotel helped us find out the bag and transfer the money to us. Thank you very much for your help and we will choose ADMIRAL again when we come back switzeland! Wish all the best wishes for you!

Payment was made to the hotel for 4 nights but they are refusing to provide an invoice … this is unreal . Their only justification is that i supposedly paid through a third . I provided a bank statement showing the payment done to the hotel directly . This is just not acceptable and against the law … they ve received my payment but stubornly refuse to provide an invoice … unreal

Very good Breakfast options, employees are friendly and helpful especially Alice during Breakfast. The rooms were very clean but there's no kettle although the coffee machine dispenses warm water as well.The telephone in the room didn't work 🤔, the top swimming pool was also closed without reasons given and it wasn't raining. The location is amazing for the funicular to Monte San Salvatore.Bus 2 takes you to the Bahnhof lugano and underground car parking is also available at an affordable fee. A very good stay.

The place was amazing and the staff was super friendly and willing to help us whenever we had a question or just wanted to ask for some outdoors activities suggestions. And the breakfast? Amazing. Everything tasted so good that I actually enjoyed it! If you're coming by car, just be sure to book your car parking spot. When we tried to do the online check-in, we thought that their online site wasn't working because we weren't able to book the parking, but when we arrived they told us that actually every spot was taken and that was impossible for us to park there. They suggested us to go to the public parking place (you pay 1 fr per hour) which is next to the hotel, but still, it would have been great to be able to know it in advance! We just stayed for one night, but I'd gladly return there! I absolutely recommend it!

The location is a bit of a distance from the old town but everything about this hotel is superb.

From the staff to the indoor pool, one a warm hotel. For recommend especially for those who like to stretch in the pool after traveling.

The room was ok, clean, nothing fancy, not a large room. The need a renovation in the future. |One thing that I would change is the unsecured glass wall behind the bed, which in my opinion is very dangerous because it would shatter and make a big mess and could injure people in case it would be hit by mistake. |The hair dryer in the bathroom didn’t work and breakfast was really mediocre. |Parking is not included in the room price. |I would describe this as an budget hotel.
