6 Best Hotels in Dubrovnik (Updated 2025)

"Set near the marina, Hotel Adria is a relaxing four-star with two swimming pools, a spa, and a fitness center — great for travelers who want to unwind. I found the rooms spacious and bright, with big beds, large windows, and minimalist white-and-tan décor; most rooms have balconies overlooking the marina and include a flatscreen TV, desk, safe, and coffee/tea maker. The bathrooms are bright and spacious with showers that have great water pressure, and there’s a varied included buffet breakfast each morning with fresh fruit, pastries, juice, and cereals. If you have a car, the hotel’s parking garage is complimentary." - Matthew Kepnes

Hotel Adria offers stunning views of the coast and nearby islands—especially magical from the room and breakfast terrace. The infinity pool is a true highlight: peaceful, elegant, and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety. The hotel is just a few minutes from the Old Town by Uber, making it super convenient. Staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay with unforgettable views.

5 stars for the wonderful hospitable service of the restaurant hotel staff (Ana and Ivo) who, despite our travel company botching our accomodation services, made every effort to accomodate the entire tour group and ensured we were well looked after. Rooms are beautiful, beds are very comfortable and so is the food in the restaurant. The pool is lovely and warm which has been a change from many of the other hotels we have stayed at throughout Europe. Highly reccomend this hotel if staying in Dubrovnik.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Adria for our few nights visiting Dubrovnik. Located a bit out from the town but so worth it for the views. 8 min Uber into Old Town is cheap. It’s possible to get public transport too. The view of the port/sea/nearby islands from the hotel is amazing, fabulous sunsets every night. Both outdoor infinity & indoor pools are fabulous with plenty of sun loungers available. Pool bar is lovely too for drinks and lunch. Really nice and spacious room with nice-sized balcony. Bed was so comfortable and fridge is very handy to have in room. Ironing room is a great facility too. Really nice breakfast with big range of choices. Delicious cocktails from the bar, enjoy them on the outdoor terrace overlooking the night view of the city. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t want to leave! Would highly recommend a stay in Hotel Adria!

We recently returned from a stay and we were really impressed with the hotel.|There was five of us that travelled and we had a standard room and then a larger three bed room. The three bed room was huge, so much room and space and a lovely big terrace with stunning views over the bay.|The hotel is at the top of the hill and you can get down to the marina by steps but we always took an uber or taxi to the old town or where we needed to go and they were plenty reasonable. |The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice with your typical cooked breakfast, pastries, croatian delicacies and an array of breads and fruit, perfect for what we needed and very tasty, the pancake machine was a favourite of ours!|The views from the hotel are just stunning and when you are lounging around the pool you have such a great view of the marina and boats coming in and out. Pool itself is lovely, does have limited beds but lots more available round the indoor pool which is also very nice and has an outside terrace with lots of sunbeds and again gorgeous views!|Rooms cleaned every day. ||The only thing that would have improved our stay is just more drinks etc in the room, having a fully stocked mini bar would be lovely, their is chilled water on arrival but only one bottle for the duration of the stay and it would be great to have one every day and more drink options in room. ||Also a shoutout to Sebastian the manager, I made the mistake of leaving my purse in the hotel room and he was so quick to respond to all my messages about sending it back and collection times etc, kept me updated the whole time and I have now got it back. ||Would stay again without a doubt!

This hotel is just a short and inexpensive Uber ride away from the Old City and everything was terrific. The pool has a fantastic view and there's a small outdoor terrace with a similar view for drinks or snacks. Breakfast was excellent (also with a view); the room was clean; and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely return if we go back to Dubrovnik.

Overall, a good hotel. The view over the town is magical, pools are great and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and spacious enough. However, our room was located above the gym and was quite noisy. We asked reception to lower the music, which they did, but it was still disturbing (it runs from 8 am to 10 pm). If you’re heading to the hotel on foot, be prepared for a long climb up steady stairs (about a 20-minute hike). Just take a taxi if you value your calves.

This hotel has excellent service and is situated right on the bus route into Dubrovnik. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The rooms are very basic but has all that you need. The food is nice and the variety endless. Enjoy the pancakes at breakfast!

Hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was modern and had good facilities. The bed was absolutely incredible!!! So so comfortable and I am very picky about beds. I would buy this bed and pillows. Breakfast was varied and extensive. Evening meal was lovely. Husband had buffet and I had A La Carte. Very reasonably priced. The only negative is the distance from Old Town and expensive in taxis however but the view above makes up for that. It is up for you to decide do you want a 5 minute €10 trip into town each time or an incredible view
