Okay, let me make one thing clear first; the hotel rooms are not the best in the grand picture, but it's Brazil. Sometimes the AC is broken or whistles, or the elevator gets a little stuck or doesn't work. But I WOULD ALWAYS CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. Why? The staff. This is -- hands down -- the most kindest staff EVER in the history of hotels. I have been to Adrianopolis a few times, and unfortunately during my last stay, which was supposed to be brief (2 days only) I got very sick. We had to extend the stay every 2 days for that reason, and I was very anxious and sorry about that. But the management always reassured me, made sure I could extend without problem, even staying in my room without the need of change. During this time I felt so so bad (health wise), and the staff were THE KINDEST. They brought me plates ladden with food from the buffet when I was too sick to get it myself. One day they even made an omelett specifically for me, just because I said I'd like eggs please, but it was already so late that they were gone from the buffet. The staff are so kind and helpful, without expecting anything in return, and genuinely care. And I'm getting all teary-eyed writing this. Anyway, Adrianopolis, every time I'm in Manaus! No other hotel's staff beats this one.

This hotel was way below expectations. Service was sub par. Breakfast was poor. The halls in the hotel were dirty. The pool was in really bad shape and it needs fixing. I had to go to a dark room on the ground floor to iron my clothes because the hotel does not have irons for the rooms. Last but not least I had to call every day for them to come clean up my room. in the bathroom were in really bad shape. I cannot understand how this hotel got rating above eight. I do not recommend this property.

Manaus is not the 'nicest' city - it is mainly used to get to the Amazon tours. It is very poor & quite dirty. This hotel is slightly out of the town but you can walk in & to the port. Sidewalks are not good/non-existent!!|There is also a very nice up scale mall & a Carrefour about 10 minutes walk away. There are a couple of nice restaurants there & a big food court.|The hotel suites are basic but good & clean. Lots of space - separate bedroom & lounge plus a mini kitchen with a microwave but no utensils or pans!! Nice balcony but no chairs.|TV's in both rooms but all Portuguese!! Why no US stations? AC is very good but loud.|Pool is on the roof & small but clean - main issue is that there are only 3 sunbeds!! Get there early!! There is also a gym.|Breakfast is good & plentiful - egg station.|All in all I would recommend as the rooms are spacious & you actually spend very little time in the place.

A 15 - 20 minute drive from the airport by Uber, we dropped bags off , checked in but suite not available until 2pm. Few staff spoke English, but we got by.||I’d requested a high floor room and got the top floor (17th) Suite which was spotlessly clean. Large lounge/diner with tv, air con and balcony. Big bedroom with TV and air con. A small space with fridge, microwave, kettle and sink unit. Plenty of bottled water in the fridge which we drank daily but we’re charged for when we checked out. There was no indication that it was chargeable!||We stayed here 3 nights, the breakfasts were good with plenty of choices. Very good value for money.||The pool was on the floor above us, it was pleasant to swim late afternoon. A few sun beds are available. The views were very good, particularly at night.||The hotel was a 2 minute walk to the supermarket and about 15 minutes to Manauara shopping Mall, which is worth a visit.

Cancelled our months old reservation less than a week before our stay without contacting us. Tried to rebook within minutes, was immediately sold out for the dates so they probably found higher paying costumers, Seems extremely unprofessional and caused us a lot of trouble

This hotel is near the Manauara shopping centre that is a good and big shopping centre. and it has a good foodcourt. so you are not forced to eat at the hotel. also there is a self laundry near the hotel. the rooms have electronic kettle, microwave and oven. in our apartment the air-conditioner at the bedroom was not so good. but all the other facilities were good.

Stayed here two nights either side of jungle trip. First room was ok but certainly not as modern as pictures have you believe. Very close to Manaura Shoppibg which is a very big plaza with some good food options. Be aware that they don’t supply free water in the rooms, but it’s not to expensive either to take it from the mini bar. Reception staff were all quite nice with good English skills. Stored our luggage whilst in the jungle for two nights which was helpful. The second stay here started badly with us being assigned a room that had not been cleaned from the previous occupants, they even had Valentine’s Day ‘objects’ in the bedroom. We were moved to another room quickly enough which was a little nicer than our first stay there.|Breakfast quite nice, good variety that changed from day to day with a lot of fruits cakes & cereals, but no fresh salad items like tomato, cucumber, lettuce, which makes it hard for someone who watches their sugar intake. No bacon either? |Omelette & tapioca made to order which was as very nice.|Pool very quiet on top floor, small but no one there anyway. |Well equipped gym opens at 6am.|Would prob stay again but it’s not luxury.
