Brilliant Hotel. Staff very friendly and attentive. Staff always helpful and management always available. Good entertainment in the evenings. Very clean rooms. The food was excellent, always two options from the grill with plenty of choices from the buffet. |Hotel is close to the beach and the Old Town area. Both only a few minutes walk away.|We will be going back to the hotel at sometime.

I would definitely stay here again. Clean rooms and in a great location. A few minutes walk to the old town and the beach made exploring easy. The all inclusive was good, does get a bit repetitive, as with most all-inclusive holidays but lots of choice and lots of great bars and restaurants close by when we fancied a change. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for making our stay a great one.

1st time in Benidorm and the hotel was a little gem of a place|First time in Benidorm. My wife and I went for a week 17/06/2025-24/06/2025 and booked it because I saw it reviewed on YouTube by the Benidorm Enthusiast. I am happy to say this was a bit of luck on my part. The hotel is in a central location very near to the old town and is spotlessly clean. The staff are very efficient and pleasant. I booked a superior room (007). These rooms are all on the reception ground level. This room has all you need, TV, fridge, kettle with tea etc and a free safe deposit box. The spacious balcony has a table, two chairs and two sun loungers and gets the sun from 8am to 4pm. The food was varied and hot. Well presented and the restaurant tables well spaced. One major flaw was no air conditioning. That needs to be sorted. We were all inclusive. The wristband also operated the room door lock so no keys to lose. When AI the drinks are included but at meal times the water seems to be available in the restaurant only at breakfast. It is a machine dispensing ice cold water but at lunch and dinner no water available in the restaurant. You might have to queue at the bar to get what is then freely given. I would suggest the hotel make water available for the 3 meals of the day. In Room 007 the wifi was very poor because it was extremely weak (0.8Mbps down -0.28Mbps up) but in the communal area downstairs next to the bar it was very strong (288Mbps down- 202 up) I spoke to the girl on reception who said she would pass it on but it never improved in the week. There are numerous charging points just outside reception to park & charge mobility scooter. It takes about 6 scooters side by side. We booked a "deluxe" scooter (never saw the difference between it and the standard one already at the hotel) for 120 euros +14 euros for insurance from Amigo24 who deliver to the hotel and the hotel booked if for us so all I had to do was pay the Amigo rep on arrival and hand over 20 euro cash deposit, which I got back later. The hotel is adult only and the age average at the time of our stay was late 60's so not a young person's place but they are more likely booking in the new town.|So all was fine and I would recommend this hotel and will likely book there again

Just returned from our second visit to Agua Azul. If I'm being honest noticed a few changes from last year. Paper cups in the room for tea. No big problem. We bought a couple of mugs. Didn't seem to be enough Staff. They all worked really hard in the bar and dining room trying to clear tables as quickly as possible| Ran out of cups regularly at breakfast. I did see a few guests taking cups up to the room obviously because of the paper cups situation. Food options were better last year but we always got something to eat. Very good scrambled egg. Lovely snacks at the pool bar. We had a problem with a leak from the air conditioning. Maintenance arrived and had it sorted in 20 minutes. Entertainment we found easy watching. Pablo Bloom , Victoria Montenegro and the guy who did Elvis songs, sorry can't remember his name were all exceptional and all the other acts were easy watching. So much so these two 75 year old were up till midnight every night. All Staff as usual were exceptional but it would help bar staff immensely if guests took their empty glasses to the bar when ordering another drink. Also easy to take rubbish to the bin from the pool. We had a superior room with sunbeds so didn't need to queue for a sunbed. There was always beds on the solarium if required. Apart from these few minor details we had a great time and would certainly go back again.

Just spent 7 days ALL INCLUSIVE at this excellent hotel located at the beginning of the old town, . The rooms are spacious, clean and have comfy beds, a decent size T V and a rain style shower. The food is plentiful and varied and there is show cooking for all meals. There is a small problem with getting a bed around the pool on occasions but there are also beds available elsewhere. Entertainment is varied but generally ok, drink measures are generous and are branded. Staff are friendly, and more than helpful. SPECIAL MENTION TO ALEXANDRO in the bar and LINA and ANGELA on reception.

Located near the old town, hotel Agua Azul is great for couples looking for an adults only all inclusive hotel. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the beach and local shopping areas. The hotel reception staff were very polite & helpful. The rooms are spacious and air conditioned with a balcony. The amenities in the room were very good. The restaurant had a good selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There was plenty to choose from including some spanish dishes and a live cooking station. The snack bar was open from 11am and offered some great food options like burgers, toasted sandwiches and pizzas. The entertainment manager 'Paula' was fantastic and arranged some great activities during the daytime and performances at night. The bar had a good selection of drinks however some higher end spirits and cocktails had a small surcharge. The staff on the bar were sometimes a little abrupt / rude at times which was a little disappointing. The major disappointment at the hotel was the 8am queue for the sunbeds in the downstairs bar area. As soon as the pool was opened there was a rush to reserve sunbeds using towels. As soon as the towels were placed they all went in for breakfast and didn't come out to the sunbeds for a good hour or two which was VERY annoying as there were notices around the pool saying that sunbeds could not be reserved and abandoned towels would be removed... There were not enough sunbeds around the pool for the amount of guests so it was a problem... Overall, our experience was very good and I would consider returning to the hotel again due to it's location.

What a great hotel. The food is exceptionally good for an all inclusive. The drinks also are branded ie Baileys is actually Baileys. Rooms are clean and have a balcony. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Water was cut off for 5 hours 2 days in a row. Queuing system for tickets at 7am for sun beds. Not 4 star maybe 3 star. Food was bland and just the same thing day after day. Limited amount of staff so waiting for everything. Staff were lovely. But hotel was run on a budget and you could tell. Stayed at the royal the year before which is a 4 star and 100 times better. Couldn’t wait to go home. Expensive for what you get.
