HOTEL AIRLINK

The service was very good, and my stay was so relaxing .The rooms of the hotel should be spacious enough to accommodate the guests and their luggage properly and comfortable with all the necessities . A good medium size T.V with a king-size bed for comfortable sleep at night.They provided room service regularly for the clean room and healthy stay.

Proximity to terminal 1. Good hotel, clean spotless room and rest room. Good food provided. Great housekeeping as well as restaurant team. Overall the hotel staff ensured a wonderful stay. Will be bacl soon on my next trip.

We book 2 rooms for my international clients. They are so happy with the services. Restaurant was hygiene and clean with the good ambience and food is very delicious. Rooms are spacious and very clean room with modern amenities. Staff of the Hotel are very friendly and Cooperative nature. Hotel is located is near to the airport it takes hardly 10 mins to reach International Terminal and 5 Mins for Domestic Terminal Overall good experience.

I don’t get the bad reviews. I was Skeptic about the hotel after reading the reviews but decided to give it a try. Rooms are not huge but it is completely fine. But under 4.5k it is one of the best option in Andheri/Ville Parle or near the airport. Rooms are bathroom are very neat and clean. The area is a bit secluded with not many restaurants options nearby, but easily accessible by Autos. I consider this as a premium hotel and if the rooms are under 4.5k then you should book it without any thought.

Booked online but after visiting had no option but to stay. Requested early checkin, but the man in pic uploaded on counter was very rude in answering and unprofessional too. Nearly 6 guest did check out but the single room was not allotted to me even after nearly waiting for 2 hrs Finally what I heard another lady (Nidhi) she requested to a lot room then that man did so that too in unprofessional way. Rooms are good and nice, Parking not safe for cars

Best value for money hotel you can find for business travel. Extremely professional and hospitable staff and the quality of house keeping is also pretty good. Right next to the airport it is located at a very prime location.

I just checked in at the hotel. The only reason to book this hotel is extremely nearby from airport. For the very reason, booked this hotel in advance via makemytrip. It landed up in different issue. The price and photos they provided in the website is not accurate. Room is extremely small, it’s claustrophobic. A wide lens photography will make the room looks bigger. Not expecting a five star treatment for the price. But basic good service, any customer can ask for. There is no parking facility in the premises. So parking outside isn’t safe. I have parked my car outside where kids are playing cricket. Advance booking is not at all worth for this property. Walking in and seeing the room and paying for the room would be decent for this hotel. Since the customer will be at the power for denying if they are not satisfied with the property. As for my loss, I have to forcefully stay in hotel without any satisfaction because as per advance booking policy. I can only cancel the property before 48hrs for full refund. But how will customer will be convinced without seeing the property or stayed in property ever. So for all the new customer. Make decision as per your needs. Thank you :)
