I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Airport Annex — everything from the service to the comfort exceeded expectations. What made the experience truly memorable were the people. A special shout-out to Ajay and Ravi, who were consistently kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth made the stay feel more personal and welcoming. The owner also deserves appreciation for running such a well-maintained and thoughtful place. You can tell they care about the guest experience, and it reflects in every detail. One of the best parts of this hotel is that it’s pet-friendly. Traveling with a pet can be stressful, but here, my furry companion was welcomed and comfortable — which meant a lot to me. Highly recommend this place for both short and long stays, especially if you’re flying in or out of the airport and traveling with a pet. Thank you again to the whole team!

The staff's exceptional service, pleasant ambiance, and roaming cats on the ground floor make it a delight. With cabs and shops nearby, it's perfect for both solo travelers and families. I've revisited multiple times, impressed by the hotel's impeccable hygiene standards.

I had a good stay here . The staff was polite and held a generous amount of generosity . Also i loved The cute roaming cats in hotel . The washrooms were also neat . And the food was also quite good and at a reasonable price!!

Very comfy, a bit cramped, but for 1-2 nights it's very cozy. Also very clean and western bathrooms 🙏🙏

For your pet and your family stay, highly recommend if you are ok with decent rooms. Their service is great.

Honestly, it's one of my worst stays ever. Booked two rooms. Checked in, and the first thing we saw was a cockroach. Sheets were not done correctly, and the toilet was leaking. I contacted the reception, to which the manager said he would bug spray the room and told me to use the toilet from the other room. To top it off, the water from the shower was yellow and dirty. When I took the issue to the manager, he spoke to us rudely and with an unfriendly tone and told us to check out if I'm not happy with the services. I'd give this place zero stars if I had the option. Horrendous!!
