I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel over the past three days. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing due to poor service, unclean facilities, and rude behavior from the reception staff. On my first day, I booked a room online for ₹4,000 and checked in as a single guest. Upon entering the room, I noticed that no slippers were provided, and when I inquired, I was told bluntly, “We don’t provide slippers.” I had to walk barefoot from the fifth floor down to the reception to ask again, but the staff — particularly Tanya and Goldie — were very rude and unhelpful. They did not provide slippers that night. Only the next day, upon repeated requests, they gave me a used pair of slippers, which was completely unacceptable. Later, I found out that single rooms were available at a lower rate, but this information was not communicated to me at check-in. This lack of transparency cost me unnecessary extra charges for the first night. When I moved to the single room, the washbasin and commode were broken, and the bed was uncomfortable and dirty. There were hairs scattered on the floor, which clearly shows the room had not been cleaned properly. I requested to shift to a room with a larger bed (which was available as per booking options), but once again the staff responded rudely and refused to help. Throughout my stay, the attitude of the reception staff, especially Tanya and Goldie, was extremely unprofessional, impolite, and dismissive. As a guest, I expect at least basic courtesy and hygiene, especially after paying a significant amount. The only reason I continued staying here was the hotel’s proximity to the airport and my lack of other options, as I had traveled from another state. Frankly, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience. The property failed to deliver basic hospitality standards, and the staff’s behavior made the stay uncomfortable. I kindly request Agoda/Hotel Management to take immediate action regarding this matter and consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused during my stay.

Hotel Airport International offers a good value for the price. Located in a prime area close to the airport, it’s a perfect choice for both short stays and transit stopovers. The food is consistently good, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions and each experience has been smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay near the airport.

The hotel is ideally located between Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport Terminal 1 and the Metro Station, directly facing the prestigious 5-star Hotel Sahara Star. Its modern interiors are well-maintained, offering a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The rooms are well-appointed with quality furniture, a wardrobe, LCD TV, table, mini refrigerator, and chairs. Guests are provided with complimentary breakfast, daily newspapers, 2 liters of bottled water, and a full set of toiletries. The bathrooms are exceptionally neat and clean. The in-house restaurant serves a wide variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The property is just a 3-minute walk from Airport Terminal 1, with the added convenience of a complimentary pick-and-drop facility. The staff are courteous and always ready to assist, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Overall, my stay at this hotel was thoroughly enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it for travelers seeking comfort and convenience near the airport.

Staying at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The staff seem to be trained in the most bizarre way possible specially house keeping staff as if he is the owner — they are intentionally rude and completely mannerless. If you ask for a bottle of water, be prepared to pay triple the MRP. And if you refuse to take it, they actually threaten you, as if you’ve committed a crime by saying no. In the name of hospitality, there is absolutely zero hospitality here. It felt less like staying in a hotel and more like being harassed at every step. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value respect, transparency, or even the most basic standards of service.

Overall experience was good. The location is very convenient for the Flights ✈️ to catch at Airport. It's 15-20 min run during lean hrs. While at peak rush time it can take upto 40-50min Overall Value for money for an overnite stay.

The rooms were really clean and neat. Stayed there for couple of days. Was hesitant to book the hotel because of the mixed reviews but it was really worth. You’ll have metro at a walkable distance(aqua line). They even provided free airport drop facility, not sure if they might have offered the pickup as well but we didn’t check prior. They have cloak room facility for free of cost.

Hotel Airport International lives up to its three-star designation, offering a range of expected amenities. Guests can anticipate a dedicated building housing numerous rooms, a professional staff, commendable breakfast options, an on-site restaurant, efficient room service, elevators, a lobby, and convenient airport transfer services. The rooms are cozy and compact, yet well-lit and notably clean, adequately fulfilling basic needs. A particularly beneficial feature is the inclusion of a large mirror along one wall, which cleverly enhances the sense of space and proves quite useful. The attached bathrooms are also noteworthy for their cleanliness and bright appearance. While the hotel boasts a location very near Airport Terminal 1, the reality of one-way traffic regulations often necessitates longer routes to reach it. Guests should also be aware that taxi and auto-rickshaw drivers may not always be familiar with the hotel's exact location. Furthermore, securing an Uber during peak hours might involve a significant wait. The hotel staff are consistently professional and helpful; however, a noticeable absence of smiles among them was observed. Given its proximity to the airport, the room rates are relatively high. Comparable or even lower prices might secure accommodation in other areas of Mumbai, potentially including four-star hotels. This makes Hotel Airport International an ideal choice for short visits focused on airport convenience. However, for longer stays, city-centric activities, or frequent travel to and from the city, other options might prove more beneficial. During my four-night stay, the Wi-Fi service was generally satisfactory, although it became significantly slower towards the end. Additionally, the older infrastructure of the hotel building results in a somewhat slow water flow in the bathrooms.
