The front desk needs to be professional not only wearing a nice uniform. You have to ask several questions to get good answers and if they feel like talking you will get an answer if not they will leave you standing I front of them

If like me you are stuck with an early flight this hotel is a great option. The customer service was outstanding.i was nervous before heading to the city solo they helped with all my questions. When I got to hotel the exchanged money and even had enough cash for a little supper. The rooms are painted in dark colours which makes then cell like but bed is comfortable. However the hotel is a courtyard shape so noise echoes everywhere. Plus other guests have no clue how to be respectful. Really unpleasant to be woken up by the sound of someone spitting. Gross. The shared bathrooms are tiny. I am 5.2 and I could not sit down without my knees strapping the wall. Again bathroom very clean until other dirty messy, guests used it. Great hotel. Selfish guests.

The front desk guy was so friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and just what I needed for a one night stay before my flight the next day. It isn't anything fancy and the people in the room next to mine were quite loud, but it is a great option for something cheap and clean. They called me a cab to the airport and it was a very quick trip there.

The hotel was very nice and I know everyone those working there was very accommodating to the needs of one person. Except the rooms I felt a little dirty they weren't clean to how they should be the fan was really not strong enough overnight it was very warm and humid with in the room which I really wasn't a big fan of especially when there are more than two people in that room since a the room offered for beds and one small fan

I have definitely enjoyed staying in the hotel though it was just for one night. The breakfast in the hotel is great, the internet connection is reasonable. The staff in the hotel was also really helpfull although a bit of Spanish will help greatly. The hotel is near the main square and if you are coming for example from Flores by ADN or Linea Dorada, the hotel is close to the respective stations.||||The hotel is a bit noisy in the evening due to the outside traffic. Also, I would recommend extra caution, when going outside in the evening. The location is designated safe, but common sense should be used to avoid troubles.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Room was big enough for 2 people. Bathroom is separated from room with a wall but ceiling is common. Windows are very thin and you can hear loud car engines and people speaking outside. But breakfast and staff are very nice.

Stayed here for three separate nights while visiting friends and travelling around the country. Very nice establishment, helpful staff, nice rooms with TV, free purified water and WiFi. Showers and bathrooms were shared, with two per floor, so no problem there. Small cafe facility available on the ground floor.

During my 3-week vacation in Guatemala, I stayed at this hotel for 3 different times. It is centrally located, so I either walked to the city attractions or took public buses (green and red buses).||Three bus stations are near by: Monja Blanca, ADN, and FDN.|I used these buses when visiting attractions outside of Guate. I paid 200 quetzals per night and includes free breakfast. It is reduced to 170 quetzals if without breakfast. Staff are welcoming and helpful.||Tip: Ask for the rooms on the ground floor. They have been renovated. Note that this hotel does not have any elevators so there are steps to climb if staying at the top floors.|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
