We only stayed one night at this property and it was comfortable. Right in the middle of Bassano Del Grappa with a beautiful view of the town from our little balcony. A very period hotel with much charm. Just be warned that you could hear people in the bar faintly underneath from this room, bar closed by 11.00pm , so if light sleepers ask for a back room. Rooms were traditional period furniture set up. Stairs of course to the rooms. Bed comfortable. Showers hot . The staff was friendly and helpful, even with my limited Italian. Breakfast was quite simple, hard boiled eggs, pastries and such, a coffee or tea, although the staff offered cheese and salami. They had a great bar for all day and night services. Able to leave bags after check out for awhile. Very nice stay.

Not Italy at its finest - a pity, as it’s a nice building in a good position in attractive Bassano. When we booked this place, we asked for a hotel parking spot to be reserved. We understood that was agreed, but when we arrived and parked in one of them, we were asked to move our car for another guest who had arrived at the same time and said they wouldn’t stay unless given a parking place. We had to move to a paid parking area as we had only “requested” a parking place and not “reserved” one. We then had to feed the meter at 8am the next morning (only coins accepted). Also, there was a bright yellow light shining all night in the courtyard outside our bedroom window, so we had the choice of the light shining in or no fresh air with the wooden shutters closed. The hotel claims it has air conditioning, but we don’t recall any in our room. Additionally one of the electric sockets had fallen off the wall exposing bare wiring. The room itself was small and in a boomerang shape not large enough for a double bed. The water was hot, the place was quiet but you can do better in Bassano.

The hotel has a wonderful location in the old city but is easily accessible by car. Our family had a great time and enjoyed the friendly service or the staff and owners. Rooms were warm and cozy in the winter time - the hotel photos are all accurate, and the hotel bar is very convenient for a quick coffee or drink in the evening. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Bassano.

Good hotel in the middle of the town! Very walkable to all kinds of things in Bassano. Breakfast and coffee was good, all employees very nice! The AC didn’t work too well which was our only complaint. Other than that, would stay here again not in the summer months. Thanks again!

We only stayed one night at this property and it was very nice. It had the best shower during our 2+ week vacation.....hot and lots of water pressure. The staff was great and helpful, even with my limited Italian. Breakfast was on the simple side, hard boiled eggs, pastries and such, although the staff offered cheese and salami. We were able to park our rental car for 7 Euros directly in front of the cafe. ||||This area of the city has several piazzas and their Ponte Vecchio is a structural feat. (It was under renovations during our visit, but still lovely.)

Friendly host and hostess. The sheets were amazing - crisp and fresh! Wish I had some for home. Breakfast was delightful with an array of danishes, cakes, wonderful cappuccino, juices and fruit. Great way to start the day! Highly recommend!

Perfect location for exploring the old town. Friendly staff- however limited English so beware. The breakfast is simple but enough. The rooms small with limited outlets. If you have 2 phone to charge- you may have to share outlets. It is simple and convenient and not expensive

We’ve stayed this hotel twice with our kids. Both times we’ve received a warm welcome. Hotel is relatively small and the athmosphere is cozy. Most of the items served during the breakfast -cakes, yogurt etc.are home made. Really delicious! Hotel is clean and location is perfect - just 15-20minutes drive from Serravalle Outlet. They are also selling some Gavi wines at the hotel. Good value for money!
