Hotel Al Khozama

Stayed here as it was very close to work, the staff are very friendly however the rooms were dated. The food in the restaurant is very good but again the decor around you is a bit dated. I stayed a while back so may have improved since. The location is excellent for the Tower though and several other restaurants in the area in walking distance if you're staying here a while.

Stayed there for 2 months, Staff is very professional, but housekeeping need more training on hygiene. Their work is the bare minimum, but thats also cause its from the management. Sheets and Towels always had a specific smell, after moving to the service apartment I was able to wash my own sheets and towels. Location is amazing everything is close,

Hotel is neat and clean, break fast is very good. Above all staff is very discipline. The only thing I don't like is wash room they have European style no hand shower with WC to clean you have sit on another chair.

It was a good experience, however the hotel needs to be maintained, I've stayed in the hotel for couple of days before the lock down, and compared to other 4 stars hotels, it's one of the best. The Italian restaurant in the lobby serve excellent dishes, I really enjoyed the whole experience.

Nice and clean hotel with retro rooms. The hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful. Their buffet breakfast contains a reasonable variety and the staff around are very courteous. Would definitely pick for the next stay and recommend too.

Probably one of the best places to eat in a fairly relaxed atmosphere in Riyadh. Nice big lawned garden at back of hotel which is spacious and nice with the children. Main plus point is not being forced into a nasty little family cubicle/box away from everyone. Food good.

Love the hotel. Great retro experience. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. One small issue, the bathroom drains smell bad so have to leave the drain stops in place.

I stayed for 7 days in this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is pretty old took me back to the 70’s and 80’s but It was one of a kind and I’m pretty sure you won’t find hotels like this anymore. Staff were extremely friendly. Food was pretty good. I would love to visit again.
