Hotel Aladino Santo Domingo

I stayed at the Alandino during a short trip to Santo Domingo. The room was very nicely done and the bed was very comfortable. The outdoor cafe/bar is cigar friendly so smoke it if you've got it. Make sure to have a Presidente while your there.

Great spot with wonderful facilities. I found the customer service impeccable, and the breakfast on offer is yummy.||||All staff were very helpful and went beyond that of a customer service person. The rooms are clean and adequate ||||I'm very fussy about my accommodation but pleased with this hotel.

This charming little hotel was a great surprise to us! Great helpful staff on reception, very welcoming. The room was very comfortable, clean and offered everything you needed for an overnight stay. Very close to all amenities, shopping center etc., We could not have asked for anything better for the price. A nice breakfast was also included in the stay which again was a very nice touch to the booking. Although the "Friends" bar next door was being refurbished, there was plenty of seating area outside to relax and have a drink. Very impressed with this find and will definitely be visiting again. A big thank you to all the staff.

Great spot, the location is perfect. The breakfast buffet is good too.

I booked a room in this hotel for 2019 Christmas. It's amazing but the restaurant's' personnel doesn't assist you with a smile.They are not kind. I had dinner in their restaurant and at 8 p.m. they start to tell me many times that they're going to close. While eating, they didn't even ask me if everything was okay with the dinners or if I needed something. They only interrupted me like 3 times to tell me that they're going to close. So, they wanted me to leave. That happened to me 3 times in a row. That's so impolite! In addition, the rooms were clean. Nevertheless, they didn't change the bed sheets in the 7 days that I stayed in this hotel. I mean, this is so disgusting! I can't support it! Positive things: - Near to metro - It's in the city center - The food tastes really good (but the juice have a lot of sugar in) - Warming accueil I hope next time you change my bed sheets!!!😢

The hotel is comfortable and nicely decorated, clean, in an excellent central location, with good parking facilities and efficient and friendly staff. Good value for money too. The only disappointment was the breakfast: bread - poor quality, juice - oversweetened and not natural, cooked options - greasy and unappetising. No healthy options apart from the fruit, which was all we could stomach. I would still stay there again but would skip the breakfast option and go to one of the cafes in the surrounding area.

I booked a room (last minute) for one night only. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Other than the restaurant at the hotel, there isn’t much to do. I also felt very safe staying here for the night.

This is a great little place to stay. Not a great, action, location but not to far from everything you need. The staff was excellent, I stayed here about 3 months ago and definitely will go back. Had a good FREE breakfast, rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant had a good variety of food options and even good desert(Try that coco loco if you get a chance. Wasn't even that far from the referencia for the COVID test. It was a couple of blocks over and they had the result by the evening. Would recommend this place 10 out of 10 times.
