Hôtel AlaGare

Awesome customer service. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They were fluent in English, gave us free metro passes, and some good pointers on things to do. The complimentary breakfast was nice and hotel is very clean. I loved the railway themed artwork and detailed model railway in the floor of the dinning area which. Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

Stayed here in May 2018 for a few night. Convenient location just next to the train station and a short walk to the funicular tram. The room was slightly dated though but comfortable enough. I am a light sleeper but didn't hear any train sound.

The hotel felt extremely safe and is in a brilliant location for all the local attractions. The staff are all lovely, knowledgeable and genuine with a caring and honest attitude. They can’t do enough for you from the doormen to the staff on the reception desk, they are a credit to the hotel. We loved everything about our stay and will certainly be back soon.

Small but nice lobby. Very clean, but tiny rooms. Mixed staff (friendly to bored)
