Hotel Alberi del Paradiso - Cefalu

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for four nights and loved it. The location requires a bit of a hike (or shuttle) but we didn’t mind walking off our pasta and gelato. The staff is so kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The breakfast is incredible. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed visiting the beach club at the sister hotel across town. Would recommend!

Overall I had a nice stay at the Alberi Del Paradiso. Rosario, Chiara and everyone on the team at the front desk were very welcoming and kind. I especially want to thank Vincent and everyone at the hotel restaurant for such a memorable experience. The food was amazing, but the level of consideration they took with me - and my dietary issues - was outstanding. It means so much to me, and I know it would to other guests as well.||The rooms themselves were clean, although a bit worn. I hoped for a bit more. The pool itself was very nice and relaxing, my only thought there would be to have a team member out there as well (in addition to the bar) for towels, general assistance, etc. As it is, you get one pool/beach towel in your room and you always have to ask the front desk for another. There's no water in the room either.||The walk down into town takes at least 15 minutes or so, and the walk back up can be a bit much. The hotel does partner with another hotel for use of the private beach and it's fine. Not memorable, but at least it's mostly sandy.||One day it was raining on and off and I asked the front desk for "indoor" recommendations other than the on-site spa (didn't have a chance to use), and they really didn't have any. Might be nice to have a few options - maybe a recommendation for a wine tasting, cooking class - something - since there otherwise isn't much to do on a rainy day.||I did want to mention as well that when I asked about the cost of a transfer to Palermo I was told it was 170 euros. I happened to look at the bulletin board in the lobby, and there was a tour company I found listing its tours. I reached out to see if they booked transfers as well - and they did - for 130 euros. I mentioned it to the front desk so they could let other guests know. Of course, there is always the train option but if you have a lot of luggage, you would likely need to take a taxi to the station first.||In any event, it was a lovely hotel overall with a kind team.

We loved our stay at this charming hotel in Cefalu. The rooms, hotel and grounds are beautiful. The restaurant is spectacular.. some of the best food we had in Italy. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Every interaction with them was pleasant and very helpful and they even helped me strengthen my Italian skills. They have some of the best smelling toiletries I’ve ever encountered, and even the cleaning staff was super friendly.. The hotel is a bit of a hike from the center of Cefalu so bring comfortable shoes for the track, but the distance offers a bit of a getaway and peacefulness.

We visited as 2 couples and had a wonderful stay! The pool area was gorgeous place to relax and the shuttles were great to visit the beach. We all had incredible massages and both the breakfast and dinner was great! We had an issue with the air con in our room when we arrived but the staff helped us straight away and upgraded our rooms. All the team were friendly and very helpful, especially Irene and Mattieu who booked us restaurants and arranged taxis back from the town! Thanks again

An unforgettable stay in paradise! 😊 This hotel is absolutely beautiful, featuring a stunning pool area and impeccably clean, comfortable rooms. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, making every moment of our stay special. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the beach, which we found very useful. But the true highlight for us was the restaurant—and, more importantly, the amazing team working there. We stayed on a half-board basis and enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The food was absolutely delicious—some of the best we had during our trip! We genuinely wish we booked more nights here to try every dish on the menu. What really set this experience apart, though, was the restaurant staff and their manager. They were cheerful, attentive, and genuinely warm. They remembered our surname, our water and coffee preferences, and those little touches made all the difference. We couldn’t recommend this hotel and their restaurant more—it’s perfect for relaxation, great food, and exceptional service. We can't wait to be back! ❤️

We had a luxurious stay at Alberi! The staff kindly met our request for a better view and were so gracious. The terraces set up for breakfast are a delight and so elegant and pretty. The pool is gorgeous too. The hotel is right near a walkway that leads right to town! Yummy extensive breakfast buffet with the most friendly and welcoming staff! Thank you for a lovely stay!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. Quite a lovely place - peaceful, beautifully landscaped and high-end service. The rooms are on the small side but you don’t need to spend much time there, with Cefalù and the hotel grounds/pool area surrounding you. The walk uphill back to the hotel can be a sweaty end of your evening - taxi recommended. Very friendly and attentive staff.

The hotel is very pretty, well appointed and is very clean!|The hotel staff is amazing! Rosanna, in particular, helped me when I was having trouble with a rental car confirmation. She assisted me with a few other requests, and is fabulous at her position. Irene was kind and lovely, as well as everyone else that we engaged. |Fabrizio at the pool bar makes a very delicious St Germain Spritz!|Breakfast on the terrace is lovely, as well as the view from the pool!|Thank you!☺️
