Great location as shops and food are very close. The breakfast was good and a good price. The only unfortunate thing was that because we have a dog we were placed in the attic with low ceilings. This also eliminated any type of view. Not terrible but not convenient. They were very helpful with transportation. Pet....friendly?

Our group stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and I was very happy with it. The rooms were quite clean and the service was great. They were accommodating of our large group as we met for a birthday as well as an end of trip meeting. They let us use the large breakfast area for both. The location was great, less than a ten minute walk from the Cathedral of Santiago, with many gift shops on the way.

This was my favorite hotel on the Camino. I loved the quality of service and the delicious breakfast each morning. It’s just right around the corner from the square and super close by to the market. My room was charming and modern. The customer service truly made my stay so memorable. I will definitely stay here again when I finish my next Camino!

For a two star hotel, it was very good. Comfortable and clean room. Helpful staff and fantastic breakfast.

Book at own risk. We were given a 30 degree room (the lobby was 23 deg at the same time) with full sun coming in from the only available window and no other means of ventilation short of opening our door directly into the public lobby area. No change with 3-4hrs attempt to adjust the air-conditioning and no fan to even try to troubleshoot. Disinterested manager. Apparently it would all fix itself better once official summer aircon settings started but that wasn't until the week after and we were just there for the night so tough tootties. Reception staff obviously tired of problems and quick to hand out an official reporting form. Should have stuck with much cheaper dormitory accommodation...at least wouldn't have felt like we were sleeping in the entry hallway to try to stay cool.

I love this hotel and it by far exceeded all of my expectations! Nair, Sara and Jenny took great care of us. We felt like VIPs. They were always helpful with advice on places to eat, and things to do with Google Maps also. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! DB

I just stayed here for four nights with family. Whilst it has a lot of pros, there are definitely cons you need to consider when booking:||PROS:|- Staff very professional, friendly and attentive. They speak English for those who cannot speak Spanish or Galician.|- Rooms very clean and cleaned very thoroughly on daily basis by staff.|- Beds ample in size. My wife and I are tall and I am of large build, and the double bed was comfortable.|- Hotel only a few minutes walk from the cultural part of the city including Cathedral, restaurants, shops, etc.|- Hotel on a hill so many hotel rooms have great views across city.||CONS:|- Air con faulty in both rooms we used. Had to have windows open for ventilation overnight and were therefore woken by quarter-hourly church bells.|- No kettle or tea/coffee facilities in room or rest of hotel other than at breakfast buffet time. This is a big standard requirement for hotels these days, which this lacked. Staff confirmed that the coffee machine in breakfast buffet room is not for use by guests at other times.|- No restaurant in hotel; only a room where breakfast buffet is served. You'll have to eat all other meals out or use local supermarkets. This can be quite annoying when you have a toddler, and most restaurants do not start serving dinner until 20:30.|- Paid 24€ for taxi from airport to hotel when I booked it myself. For return to airport, hotel offered to book taxi for us and told us that prices were all the same because it was one company. Got charged 40€ for return taxi. Learning: don't allow hotel to book taxi for you, book it yourself.
