The location is very good and the rooms are adequate.
I stayed in a room on the top floor with a sloped roof, it was uncomfortable having to bend down half the time.
It's located in a quiet place, but the street outside is cobbled, so when the cars pass during the day, it's noisy.
My biggest gripe is the breakfast, it was €7.5 but it was just warmed pastries you could have just bought from a nearby Carrefour, bread, cereals, dairy and a coffee machine. The hot items consisted of some sausage that looked unappetising and some tortilla which did not taste nice.
All in all, it was not too expensive, so recommendable.
