Nice hotel but it has more of a 3 star feel when you walk in the room.|It feels like it all started out as a premium five star property but was somehow later om downgraded to a hotel that caters more to tour groups. The prices that were negotiated clearly had a seriois impact on services and amenities provided.|No free water in the room. Reception told us we could easily by some in the drugstore down the road. Minimal breakfast servive which charges extra for decent coffee (!). Overrun by tour busses emptying their loads which makes for 50 people waiting for elevators and pilfering of the breakfast buffet.|If this were a 3 star it would be outstanding but in no way 5 star levels.

Unfortunately we regretted our stay at this hotel. It wasn’t worth the price for the amenities or service. The breakfast was ok but not as good as others we experienced in Argentina. Restaurant is below average so wouldn’t recommend going for dinner. Staff very unhelpful and rude with extreme attitude! Haven’t experienced anything like it before or been spoken to in that way, especially at a 5* hotel! I don’t leave bad reviews often but this is an instance where we wish we had stayed somewhere different and saved some ££ unfortunately. Location is good.

We stayed at the Alejandro at the end of a 2 year stint living and working in Salta. We found the food in the restaurant to be of a good standard and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The pool and gym were an added bonus. The shower had a little mould but the room and bathroom facilities were spacious and all that we needed. I would recommend this hotel in Salta- it is the best in Salta. It is also walking distance to most sights. We enjoyed our stay

We only stayed one night and left early so did not sample breakfast. Hotel is located within easy walking distance of the main square and several restaurants. Efficient check in and check out. Large spacious rooms, easy access to charge electronics and comfortable bed. Large bathroom and shower has good pressure but is so high up you cannot change its angle and it is not a rain shower so angles matter! Bathroom and bedroom very clean. Nice toiletries provided but no shower gel only soap. Had a drink in the bar and service was painfully slow. Had a very comfortable stay here and it is well priced. We were due to stay at another hotel based on our earlier visit to Salta but switched to this hotel and we are very happy we did.

We stayed here on Jan 31 to Feb 2, 2025. Overall, every interaction with anyone who worked at the hotel was positive and a case study for how to deliver exceptional customer service. Every time we asked for anything - whether that was the concierge, the front desk, the bellman, the restaurant waiter, we were met with a can do attitude, going above and beyond, and immediate responsiveness and accommodation. In every dimension - value, comfort, friendliness, facilities, cost, the Alejandro Hotel delivered. Bravo & Gracias ! Highly recommend.

The hotel is fine. The lobby is quite modern, but the rooms are very dated. The suites have a great view, but could use some tlc. There is no coffee maker in the room, but room service is quick. Staff at the counter was very friendly. |The gym opens at 7 am, and it’s open to the public, so expect a busy gym. It’s also a bit dated, but everything works. |Breakfast is ok, not great, but fine. |The Restaurant has good ratings, but we didn’t like the Food at all. We ordered Filet, it was overcooked and tough. A bit disappointing, to be honest. specially since the prices are quite high. The waiters are extremely nice, though. |Overall it was an OK experience, not great, but not bad. But overall Salta wasn’t such a Great City. So considering that, this is probably the best hotel to stay at….

We had a lovely time staying in Salta and exploring the city and going on the day trip to the Salta Grande. The hotel felt luxurious in a very close walk to the main square and was a great price! The gym was FABULOUS and had lots of equipment for cardio and weight. We saw locals who had gym memberships there as well. The breakfast buffet was also nice and we also had dinner at the restaurant and it was quite tasty. Some people on our tour came back to eat there a second time! Overall 10/10 experience.

Great 5-star hotel in the middle of Salta for great value. It is just a 5 minute walk to the main city square. The rooms are large, clean, and modern. Staff is very friendly. The only downside was the gym. The gym is publicly accessible meaning it was very crowded all times we visited. Did not feel very premium. Pool facilities were nice.
