A clean and friendly family run hotel. During our one night stay the bar and restaurant were not open due to staff shortage. It did feel a little like we were doing penance. The breakfast was adequete but nothin gto write home about. The candlelit procession is a sight to be seen.

It was a lovely stay. Luz, the owner and her staff and our stay feel so warm and inviting. She personally looked after us and checked on my daughter, really appreciate her caring nature. Breakfast was simple but so lovely to go down and have it in the warm and friendly atmosphere. It was the perfect location to visit the Basilica and attend the rosary and procession. Food choices are all close by. I will recommend this hotel to my friends who plan to visit Fatima.

I've just returned from Fatima. A three night stay at this great hotel. Great rooms. Great food. Great location. Topping everything were the wonderful staff - everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful, lovely smilesthroughout the day. They obviously knew what real hospitality is.

Perfect place to visit the sanctuary, you couldn't be closer! The service was perfect, two ladies with friendly smiles and great kindness! I just put 4 stars for the Breakfast options that are not huge but I want to add that it was only my opinion and didn't change the kindness of the lady in the breakfast area. The room were perfectly clean (beds , bathroom, shower etc) The doors are to be opened with a key not a card and the feeling of old fashioned rooms were a bonus in my opinion! Tired of these cold rooms in hotel now. I felt like home. Rooms are a bit little if you are with children but we just stayed an evening and night and it was perfect. One of the beds matress was creaky maybe because of the covering but once in bed it's ok and for 68€ I accepted that. The second bed wasn't noisy at all. It doesn't change the experience. I am used to more upscale hotels and you can't get luxury for that price. Still, I like it very much. I came to pray to Fatima and it was perfect

What this hotel has going for it is its location. You couldn't get any closer to the pilgrimage site of Fatima and its vast complex. Literally cross the road and voila you're there. I attended a rosary session and a Mass finishing 8:15pm and felt totally safe walking the streets around the hotel at night. ||You are a block from many cafes and restaurants and shopping plazas and all the shops selling religious relics. In both directions from its corner location you can find food and drink readily available even late at night. ||I had to make use of such a restaurant as I had not made reservations for their buffet dinner when I checked-in earlier that day. When I got back to the hotel at 8:30pm and asked if they could accommodate me, I was told no that they were out of food and were getting close to wrapping up dinner service for 9pm. ||Imagine my surprise when members of my group having seen this interaction told me the next morning that just after I left in search of food externally, that a couple walked in off the street and were accepted to have dinner. It is quite disappointing that an effort was not made for a resident guest but walk-ins could be accommodated. Not cool. ||Breakfast needs to be more organised as with several groups in house we were constantly told not to use some of the tables since they would have to re-set the tables for a group at 8:30am and that would have been a lot of work for them. ||The breakfast items were scattered from one end of the restaurant to the other. The layout needs improvement as does the offerings. Also we had to hunt down forks. Not sure why these items are not simply laid on the table for guests. ||The room was small but comfortable and clean. I liked the little balcony area which would be lovely to enjoy in nice weather. ||I feel that this little hotel could be a gem if a little polish and care is taken with customer service.

We stayed here as part of a tour and therefore didn't choose the hotel. Felt the hotel and rooms were dated. We found a silver fish in the bathroom. No shampoo or shower gel provided. The hairdryer seemed very old. Breakfast was a basic continental.
