Hotel Alilass

I and my family had holiday in Istanbul around 2019, we stayed at Alilass Hotel. Our room was very comfortable with the affordable price at that moment. A location was very near from blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Their location was strategic and easy to find restaurant or minimart for buying some stuff we need. When we had breakfast, we meet the hotel's owner. A young beautiful lady greeting to us and we had a small talk. She even told us where's the best and authentic baklava in town. She told us some places to visit and we were thankful for because her information.

This hotel was in a great location, central to the old town with all its attractions and the river was close for ferry rides. ||The staff were very helpful in arranging transfers and tours. ||The room was very and clean and compact like most city hotels. The breakfast was lovely.

We had an overall good stay at Hotel Alilass. I must say, the location of the hotel is what sold us to stay here. It’s very close to The Blue Mosque. The room was comfortable & clean. The breakfast was good too. It just felt like the staff were a little cold and not the most-welcoming at times.

Location is fantastic for the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are compact, spotlessly clean and have everything you could need.

Truly couldn’t recommend more, room was wonderful, location was great and service was impeccable. A bit more detail, I came here to stay for ~ 5 days as a holiday trip and from the offset was very impressed by the overall experience. The room was excellent, everything worked with no issues, complimentary water bottles every day which was really helpful. The bathroom was lovely and good water pressure. The room was also cleaned really well every single day and no hassling to get out at a certain time, should you need it they will also replace all towels etc daily. Breakfast was good, personally I thought there not loads to chose from other than carbs but I’m also pretty sure it was included in the price? - so I really can’t complain, there was still plenty to food to keep you going until lunch time. Service/staff were wonderful, genuinely, super helpful, nice and just went the extra mile to ensure a good overall service. Ended up needing to wait around in before our flight and member of staff who was great throughout offered us a blanket for the sofa, drinks, etc, also sorted out making sure our taxi was on time, unfortunately not sure of his name but he was 42… if that’s any help so you guys know how great he was. Location is also superb, about a 3-4 minute walk from the square where Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi are which was great, also in a part that is FULL of great restaurant (rooftop and not) that can cater to any price point. Would 100% recommend to others visiting Istanbul, really great! Thanks very much.

This is a lovely comfortable hotel in the thick of the tourist trail. Service Was great. Gozde was a mine of information and shared lots of nuggets of information about the sights, restaurants and transport around the city.

Exceptional Stay at Alilass Istanbul Returning to Alilass Istanbul after six years felt like coming home. The warmth and care of the entire team made this visit truly special. I was thrilled to see how beautifully the property has been maintained—it still feels as charming and inviting as it did years ago. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, with a delicious variety that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start each day. A huge thank you to Simla and the team for their excellent service. The receptionists, cleaning ladies, and everyone else were so friendly and helpful. Their genuine hospitality and kindness made me feel like family. Alilass Istanbul remains a gem in the heart of the city, and I can't recommend it highly enough. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

This boutique is within walking distance to the blue mosque and places of interest. The neighbohrhood is surrounded by boutique hotels, restaurants and shopping. The room is nice clean and good. There is no elevator in this hotel only by stairs. Breakfast is included & free wifi.

This hotel was rated very highly on Booking and trip advisor. Hotel Alilass has surpassed our expectations- the service and warmth of the staff - Denoz and Lamia have made the stay meaningful. They recommended us to good restaurants further away from the hotel, we wanted to eat where the locals ate. The room is very hip and very quiet. It is walking distance to all the major attractions, Hagia Sofia, Tokapi Palace and near a tram line that takes you around. We get a delicious and healthy breakfast provided everyday. I would come back here to experience the Turkish hospitality again.
