Hotel Alisei

Service is not close to acceptable. Ignored at the pool bar and eventually had to give up and not bother getting a drink. Restaurant staff seem miserable and I don't think I saw one individual smile. Food cold, Blasting music for no reason through dinner time. Left a day early and zero compromise on any type of compensation. Area is nice, lots of nature and beaches are great but stay somewhere else.

Sahira M. helped me arrange my sisters birthday at Alisei. She was very helpful and took some time to best advise me. Excellent service thanks a lot!

This was our second time to Las Terranas and it did not disappoint. Our family of four (teen girls ages 15, 12) found the condo made for an easy, relaxing vacation. We previously rented a home a little further down the beach but having the condo allowed us to enjoy the breakfast each day at Alisei and took advantage of the restaurants up and down the street. The condo (two bed/two bath) fit us perfectly with a large, covered patio. From our patio we could see the pool and beach in the distance. We enjoyed the pool and beach daily and liked the beach 'club' for drinks, appetizers or lunch. For it being spring break, it was not crowded or loud.|We did not rent a car this time but hired a driver to get us to/from airport. We hired a taxi one day to do surf lessons over on playa coson. The hotel was helpful in arranging the taxi.

The location, the beach, the atmosphere, everything was good, I've been going to Samana for years and this hotel is one of the best. The breakfast was great, and the hotel was spotless and friendly.

It’s a beautiful hotel, French boutique style. I would highly recommend it for location, restaurant and its beach bar. We didn’t stay here but next door and came here for food and beach vibes. Do know that while it’s nice to sit by this beach and it has most amazing sunsets and beach views just across the street, the water isn’t amazing. It’s more of a greenish water with lots of seaweed in it. While we loved the beach vibe we went to different beaches to swim.

Exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, comfortable, friendly helpful staff, quiet, delicious food, reasonable prices. The beach is stunning. Pool is great. Walkable to many other restaurants and beach spots. We can't wait to come back.

The location and the beach weren’t the best. The apartment was very comfortable except the bed was not. The quilt and sheets looked dirty. Alisei has cats and dogs everywhere and they drink from the pool. The animals are pooping around the pool and smell bad as well.

In front of the beach, with pool, table tennis, spa, with a balcony, good security, excellent food and service. What more could anyone hope for?
