Hotel All-In

Silence by email, but a voice on the other end of the phone once I chased them. It’s not disastrous, but it hardly inspires confidence. In hospitality, one would expect a bit more initiative than waiting for the guest to do all the legwork. Three stars feels generous enough.

OK, bearing in mind this was a couple of months ago and myself and friend were unable to find accomodation in the centre of Den Bosch due to the 500 year celebrations going on of Den Bosches own medival artist; it was difficult. (We wanted to be walking distance of sites of interest and old town, and accommmodation within the centre is few and far between)||||While out dated accomodation (to be honest more like a 1970's boarding house as against a hotel), the owners were welcoming, kind and helpfull. The rooms while outdated, were clean with comfortable beds. (We even recieved coffee to our rooms in the morning; what service)||||The accomodation could not be more centeral within the old town.||||If you just want a bed for one or two nights to visit a fab city at reasonable cost, not worried about style and beautifull decore, not worried about bathroom on suite and steap staircases, then I wouldnt hesitate in recommending this place. if you like all your comforts, style and fancies, then this place is not for you.||||Aultimately, this family is sitting on a great gold mine that should either be turned into a hostel, or a stylish boutique hotel. Either way, I wish them well. It suited our purposes to visit a fantastic city, and if just for an odd night, id stay again.||||Some people may not see this as a budget hotel, but compared to other places and availability, then 'yes' it is; especialy as it is in such a great central location

This is a typical (overpriced) Dutch hotel. I was invited, so I can't complain. Didn't have to pay. The Croatian night manager (owner?) is nice. The price was 50 euros. Breakfast included which was not available. To charge your cellphone you had to switch on the TL-light next to the sink. The toilet was in the hall. Need I say more? Hehehe.

Dit karakteristieke, sfeervolle hotel ligt midden in het centrum van de stad. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon inclusief badkamer, maar zonder toilet. Er is een gedeeld toilet op de gang, door het beperkte aantal kamers zullen hier geen wachtrijen ontstaan. De bedden hebben goede matrassen. Het ontbijt (€7,50) wordt standaard op de kamer geserveerd. De 3 medewerkers die wij hebben gesproken, waren allemaal vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

In den Heizkörpern liegt der Dreck von mehreren Jahren. Wenn man aus der Dusche kommt, hat man sofort einen Sandkasten unterm Fuß. Der Teppich hat auch schon länger keinen Staubsauger mehr gesehen. Absolut wiederlich. Das ganze Zimmer total runter gekommen. Die Bilder auf deren Homepage sehen super aus. Aber es entspricht nicht annähernd der Wahrheit.

Bevind zich in het centrum van den Bosh, daar is alles mee gezegd. De foto's zeggen genoeg over de staat van de kamer. Voor €80 + €6 toeristen belasting zeker geen aanrader en zal er ook nooit meer verblijven. ||Kamer is oud en vervallen zonder toilet ??? Toilet staat in de gang en moesten wij delen met de andere "hotel" gasten. In de hoek van de kamer gelukkig wel een kleine douche en wasbak. 2 stuks 2-persoonsbedden die gelukkig redelijk comfortabel zijn. In het midden hele oude versleten lade kast met een hele oude beeldbuis tv . Verder een eettafel met behoorlijk versleten/vieze stoelen. Wil er verder niet veel meer over zeggen dan dat je de foto's moet bekijken.

Voor wie een goedkoop maar prima hotel zoekt is het All-In een goede keus. Het is gevestigd in een oud nonnenverblijf en doet wat afstands en rommelig aan, maar dat wordt ruimschoots goedgemaakt door het vriendelijke personeel, de ruime kamers, de gezellige sfeer die er hangt en de prima locatie.||Luxepaardjes of zure veeleisers die voor een dubbeltje op de eerste rij willen zitten kunnen beter verder zoeken. ||
