The hotel is great, rooms are spacious, shower room is outstanding and staff is kind and gracious. Very disappointing to discover the swimming pool is for adults only and its use, alongside the gym and SPA is not available if you have tattoos. Considering the premium price we have paid mainly for those facilities (we have a 4yo) we have left with now a sourish unfair taste in our well travelled mouths. We have been made aware of this AFTER booking our stay via message on the Booking.com platform which i have unfortunately missed (i would have canceled). That aside i thoroughly recommend the hotel (if you party is tattoo free)

Hotel Allamanda Aoyama is, hands down, my new Tokyo happy place. From the moment I stepped in, the service was so smooth and attentive it made me wonder if they’d read my mind. The rooms? Think cloud-level comfort with all the thoughtful amenities you’d hope for (plus a few you didn’t know you needed). The location hits that sweet spot — close enough to the action so you can dive right in, but tucked away just enough to recharge in peace. Out of everywhere I stayed on this trip, Allamanda Aoyama takes the crown — no contest.

I booked a 5 night stay here and arrived at around 12:30pm yesterday. This place is old and not very comfortable The "windows" that they have don't have ventilation and there is no view. A depressing place to live The main issue I had was their unwillingness to let me check in early, despite how empty this hotel is. They had room's available and ready, but decided to make me wait the 2-3 extra hours even though they could have let me check in early according to the policy. This coupled with an angry dudes face at the check in counter isn't a good combination.

Solid hotel. Good service, reasonable prices, nice rooms, white mystery stains on the sofa and carpet lose a star for this otherwise very nice hotel.

Very good hotel! Staff is really friendly. I saw a lot of comments about the breakfast. We really liked it, but I guess a lot of people expect a buffet. This is more like a restaurant with a few option to choose from. We took the Japanese style breakfast everyday for more than a week and loved it.

The hotel is conveniently situated next to the Gaiemmae Station along the Ginza line and it takes only 45 minutes from the Haneda Airport. It is within walking distance to the National Stadium and also a baseball stadium. |The staff are friendly and helpful. However, there is only one Japanese restaurant serving noodle around the hotel and a few western cafe. There is also no buffet breakfast in the hotel too so not too convenient for dinning.

The location is a home run here. On the Tokyo Metro, quick to Shibuya or Ginza but not very touristy location with all the things you need very close. The rooms felt a little dated but they were very comfortable and clean. Price was a bit high but worth it in the end. Also near the baseball stadium! Breakfast here was fantastic.

I stayed here with my family. The room was quite spacious, and although it was said to be for 4 people, there was also a large sofa, so it could accommodate about 6 people. The room was bright with large windows. We had a full view of the Chichibu Palace, and in the morning we could clearly see the turf being maintained. The thrust of this room is the private sauna, which is a small sauna filled with ‼️2 people, but it was nice to be able to use it freely at any time I wanted. We also went to the other hot tub facilities that were available for members to use.I don't have a picture of this one, but there was a swimming pool, a large bath, and a sauna.Since we used it in the morning, there was no one there and we were allowed to rent it out in luxury. Breakfast was a set menu at the restaurant on the top floor with a view of the Chichibu Palace.Porridge was self-serve and free. I thought it was a mature hotel with a slightly different atmosphere from the latest foreign-affiliated hotels. As one would expect from a prime location in Aoyama, I thought.
