I stayed at the hotel Alnea for 19 days, check in was quick and easy with very friendly and helpful staff asking questions about my stay so as to give me the best room option for my stay. The room was small but functional and very clean and comfortable , air conditioning was excellent and quiet. The street noise could be intrusive but with the double glazed windows shut it was minimal. Breakfast is served in a communal area on the first floor and is typically French with wonderful fresh baked croissants good coffee and an assortment of fresh cheese, ham , yogurt etc Ebla was always there to wish you good morning and help with any questions. All in all my stay was a pleasure and I would recommend the hotel completely. Hopefully I may get chance to visit again!

Superb hotel in the heart of Cannes.
From the first moment I arrived, the experience was great. The owners are super friendly and forthcoming. The rooms are very small but they are newly refurbished, well equipped and spotlessly clean.
The hotel is superbly located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of literally anything.
I have taken the one star off because of the breakfast. For €8.50 per day you get one baguette, a croissant, butter, coffee, juice and some joghurts. Do yourself a favor and have breakfast in one of the many surrounding cafés instead.
Overall, I loved my stay here and will be happy to return in the future.

I stayed at hotel Alnea with my son in June. We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, 3 minutes from the train/ bus station, in the middle of the center with shops and restaurant and very close to the promenade walk by the sea. The hotel is comfortable and clean. Nice bed and bathroom. It has a very stylish touch with well thought details that gives it a personal touch. But the best is the owners Noemie and Cedric that are very friendly and can give you the best advice about what to do in Cannes. Perfect for me as it was my first time there. Good breakfast with very nice personnel. I really recommend this hotel if you visit Cannes.||||Matilda Rotkirch from Stockholm

This hotel has the perfect location and it is clean and comfortable. Noémie and Cédric are very accommodating and super welcoming. The decor is chic and modern. Everything is brand new. The bed was comfortable and Noémie gave us extra pillows. The room was small but who needs more? The bathroom was small yet it had the best shower we had on this visit. The neighborhood was adorable and neighboring shops were wonderful. The room was not expensive- frankly it was better than some 3 star hotels we stayed in! There is a breakfast room where guests can make tea, and keep food in the fridge. Will come back ASAP! Merci!

The staff at this hotel was exceptional! I felt like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. Spotlessly clean when I arrived, and perfectly maintained for the entire 2 week stay. Location was excellent. Approximately 3 blocks from one of the casinos, 2 blocks from the train station, and 4 blocks from the beach. Surrounded by an extensive array of shopping and eating experiences. The staff provided suggestions and discounts for many of the activities in the area. Free and strong WiFi. A/C performed flawlessly. In room safe helpful, but, I never felt insecure at all. Outstanding value for money.

Nice location just by the railway station and just a couple of minutes walk to the shopping streets and the beach. We got the tips from the owner to take the boat to the Saint Marguerite island and it was beautiful and perfect place to take a bath. The rooms are very clean, modern and have working AC and it’s sound proof from the streets. One perfect nights sleep. Very helpful and nice staff.

Location is great. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Our room was very small but functional. If you stay for a couple of days, it's perfect; for a longer stay it might start to feel too small. The parking Ferrage (or Perrage?) is very close to The hotel (it's 18 euro sa day; considering how ridicously expensive everything is in Cannes, The price for parking is not too bad!)

Great hotel within walking distance of everything-- La Croisette, Rue d'Antibes, the beach, the ferries, etc. Everything was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, the curtains were dark, and there was plenty of space for our suitcases. Our room even had a little kitchenette. Noemie recommended that we pack a picnic (or buy a pan bagnat at Philcat!) and take the ferry to Ile St Marguerite (bring your bathing suit and a towel, too)-- it was the best afternoon activity of our stay.
