This has everything you need from an hotel and is extremely good value. Our bedroom with a view of the Matterhorn was superb; spacious, comfortable, in perfect condition. Breakfast was excellent and included in the price. The spa was very very good and of a quality you would expect to find in a much more expensive hotel and my massage was very good. All in all an extremely good value hotel. I would highly recommend and would book again if ever visiting Zermatt in the future.

Our stay in the family room was fantastic! The room was exceptionally well-designed and fully equipped, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean. The lovely terrace added to the charm, and we felt completely at ease and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a wide variety of delicious options to kickstart our day, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was excellent. The location was fantastic, just a short walking distance from the railway station, yet quiet during the night. The hotel itself is well-designed and maintained, with thoughtful touches that make it feel really cozy and welcoming. It served as a great base camp for our family hiking holiday. Highly recommended!

From the view of the Matterhorn from our balcony to the free shuttle, this was one of our top two favorite hotels on our Swiss trip. Beautiful property, friendly staff and a great breakfast with a large selection of buffet items. Very clean and quiet room, well appointed with a lovely balcony. Free shuttle will pick you up at the train station, but hotel is just minutes walk to the charming village. We picked up food at the grocery store, and walked back (under 5 minutes) to dine on our balcony with that unforgettable view.

The rooms were very nice, with a splendid view of the Matterhorn. The swimming pools were exceptional. Special shoutout to the staffs who manned the wellness centre as they were extremely friendly. The bar manager was also very friendly. However, the remaining service staff (especially the cleaning crew) were rather cold. There was a live band near the bar too which we thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast spread is rather simple.

While a lovely hotel and location, we never had a working shower. Our shower had a massive clog that caused a leak all the way into the bedrooms. We alerted the staff immediately and were promised help, yet over 24 hours, no one ever came to fix the shower. We had to use every towel in the room to prevent the leak from spreading, and were never provided fresh towels for our stay. No working shower, no service and no towels in a supposed 4 star resort.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 days and 2 nights in June. The hotel's website does not do it justice: both our room (the Family Suite) and the spa far exceeded our expectations based on the website photos and descriptions. The Family Suite was spacious and well-appointed, with three large rooms, 2+ bathrooms, and a beautiful terrace. The indoor pool and spa area are elegant but not fussy. The pool is enormous, with sleek finishes, and the DIY spa areas are luxurious (and complementary with reservation). Daily breakfast selection was excellent. The hotel also has lovely grounds, with patios and gardens, and is extremely well-located just a block from the train station. With so many hotel choices in Zermatt, we didn't know what to expect from this particular selection, but now having stayed there we can't recommend it enough. An amazing find!!

A fabulous hotel which is an easy walk from the train station, or you can use the hotel shuttle transport. A perfect location for the town centre. The hotel was full of Swiss character and has a beautiful pool and spa for guest use. Wonderful views of the Matterhorn especially in the early morning.

Hotel was amazing. Staff was wonderful and helped us with every request we had. Room was fantastic with an outstanding view. Location was perfect, just outside of the main downtown, which made it quieter but still easy access to everything. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I am not paid to do this review, but if you can coming to Zematt, you need to stay here. Right in your room patio you can have a splendid view of the Matterhorn!

Yelp
Front desk is very helpful. He helped.make arrangement for taxi and parking at the sister hotel in another city nearby. Recommended.

Yelp
Book here now. We were in the "C" building on the second floor and it was incredibly! I can't even begin to tell you how happy we were with our room, our view and the service. They have a wonderful restaurant downstairs that has similar prices that most hotels in the area have. There's also a spa/pool downstairs that offers complete relaxation after a long day of travel or skiing. The staff was great and so was the room. Loved it!
