Hotel am Brillantengrund

Cute design-forward hotel that feels plucked from a 50's film. Very comfortable rooms and beds, though our washroom was a total puzzle to use. Excellent breakfast served from the bar/restaurant that gets very busy in the evening. Short walk to the U-bahn and several trams

Quaint and lovely place with beautiful interior design. Very welcoming people! The Pinoy breakfast is yummy. Some parts of the room could benefit from a little refresh (more outlets would be nice), but overall, it’s a great and enjoyable stay. Thanks!

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Vienna especially for the price. I had a hard time sleeping because they was a party in the courtyard past midnight. There were no holidays whatsoever. I didn't mind that the room was tiny but the wall paint, the giant lamp at the center, and just how everything was setup did not look good at all. The wifi is also unstable, the next day it stopped working at all. Beware of the vault in the room. My device fit in well when I first put it in so I was surprised that when I opened the vault to take it out, there was a resistance. Turns out there was a long rod inside and my device got chipped. The breakfast was disappointing. I also had lunch and ordered bistek. It was the most sour bistek I've ever had and for a small serving, it was €19. It wasn't a big problem since I couldn't finish it because of its taste anyway.

Cute hotel but would not recommend if you like to sleep before midnight on summer nights. There is a public bar in the courtyard. The rooms and windows open into the courtyard. On summer nights, the locals like to party at the bar until midnight. Perfect if you want to socialize but not great if you like to sleep before midnight. Even with the windows closed, it was not easy to sleep. Otherwise very friendly staff and perfectly clean and cute rooms. Probably a better option in cooler seasons when the courtyard is quiet.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The room has no ventilation. No air conditioning. Literally impossible to breathe. I don’t know where did they buy a license to put people in this boxes. In other countries it would be illegal.

Its Café is perfect for working peacefully. Even has organic food menu.

We arrived early but the room was available so we could already check in. The hotel is very colourful and the terrace in the middle with all the flowers is lovely. The breakfast is excellent and we had dinner once in the restaurant which was very good. Our room was spacious (for 3) and very clean. Everyone was very friendly. We really liked this hotel which has a lot of atmosphere, is in the lively Neubau neighbourhood and is conveniently located for visiting Vienna

This little gem of hotel is in one of our favorite neighborhoods in Vienna. The food is delicious - many Filipino dishes, but also local Viennese cuisine. The location is better than we expected based on our map recon - so now we stay here every time we go to Vienna. This is one of the best!

The front desk staff were friendly and it was a great central location. The room was clean, but small, and even though it opened into the courtyard, it never seemed to get too loud. The food from the restaurant downstairs was delicious.
