Hotel Am Nockherberg

My experience at the Hotel am Nockherberg was great. The breakfast offered here was delicious with a reasonable variety of options, making each morning enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help with a smile, and they truly made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, with easy access to public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the city. I will definitely return on my next visit!

Dirty, dated, overpriced - charged over 500€ for 2 nights in summer. Noisy and staff were sarcastic and rude when I asked about the hair & stains on bed sheets and if they could be changed. Handy location but plenty of other hotels with better ones.

Beware! Not what they promise on the website re cancellation. I tried booking this hotel online. Page said room not available. But they took over 500€ from my account 10 days before arrival. Contacted them to query this then. They wouldn’t refund it saying I paid upfront. Got no booking confirmation and was called a liar and they no longer responded. Appalling customer service.

During August, I stayed at this hotel with my family and I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere and the rooms are kept clean. The staff were also very attentive and responsive to our needs, and they were especially kind and affectionate towards my children. The breakfast was also delicious and enjoyable. We definitely plan to stay at this hotel again if we have the opportunity to visit this beautiful city in the future.

The hotel is in a good location near the underground station. The service is excellent including at breakfast, however, the rooms could be modernised and upgraded as it was quite warm at night with no air conditioning available.

Great hotel, great slightly retro design that I liked a lot, delicious breakfast in a lovely breakfast room, good location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city , yet still pretty central. Would return, loved the bathroom decor ;)

A nice little hotel with friendly staff and larger than usual rooms. It’s not new, and many of the facilities could be updated - but everything is clean and well maintained. The breakfast is nice, with many different options - especially appealing to kids. One issue is that there is no kettle or coffeemaker in the room - requiring us to go and ask at the reception every time we wanted to order a cup of tea - since the restaurant is closed most of the time, except breakfasts. So either a kettle, an open restaurant or a decent room service would be a great addition to the hotel.

24/7 reception and good access to public transport are definitely the plus of this hotel. Also it gives a general clean impression so I would think it was unfortunate that I found the used dental floss of my predecessor hanging on the soap dispenser and the glass in the bathroom had a misteriously sticky part on the rim.||||For business travel one should be aware that no room has air conditioning, the WiFi Signal is close to non existant in remote rooms and even in the breakfast room. Mobile signal was also weak to non existent. The breakfast is okay without getting enthusiastic about it. Some rooms face a huge car parking/garage area, this becomes noisy in ther morning.||||Again, for an overnight stay as a tourist acceptable.
