A fabulous hotel. its location couldn't be better, nestled among the beautiful old buildings mixing with contemporary designs. Inside is typically boutique - interesting room design with high level spec and very comfy beds. A very relaxed attitude and the staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. our first trip to the area and a wonderful introduction.

I had a great (if brief 1 night) stay.
after having been in countryside hotels for a week I wanted something in the center of town.
alone, I took an einzel Zimmer which was stylish (in the old building - which to note has no elevator but that's no big deal), had a big double bed, lovely soft sheets, best pillow of my trip.....
89e: good value for a pretty chic town.
note that the parking is not really "Free" (but then that was optimistic for the very middle of an old town) but they found something for 15e.

My husband, myself, and our 12year old son stayed here. We had the family suite. It was fantastic!! The beds were so comfortable and the room very modern and clean. The breakfasts, which is an extra cost at booking, was outstanding and worth adding to your booking!! So much variety and the food was so fresh and delicious!! It makes our hotel breakfasts in the United States look awful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent experience and we would stay here again for sure!!

Had quite an unfortunate experience during our stay here due to a staff member. ||The breakfast room has a coffee machine for guests to use during breakfast. I went to use the machine and the staff member in the breakfast room began loudly and aggressively yelling at me, telling me off for “playing” with the machine. She then turned around to address the other guests in the room to speak about my actions as an example of what not to do. This was complete with arm movements to point me out to everyone in the room.||It was really embarrassing. I slunk back to my table with the whole room of people staring at me. ||I speak basic German I didn’t understand what she was shouting, since it was all in German. My partner is more fluent than I am in German and recognised more words than I did during her angry rant, so he let me know what she was accusing me of and what she said to other guests. She said that I was being careless and playing with the machine to break it.||I was not playing with the machine. I swiped on the menu screen to see the coffee options available. ||I cannot recommend anyone stay here due to this. The rest of the staff were very friendly but this experience completely ruined our stay here.

Check-in was easy and simple. Breakfast location was explained and entry into the hotel during off hours.
The whole hotel is so cute, especially the breakfast area! Such a great location close to everything in Ulm! The lady who I assume is the owner or manager was so kind. She also knew a good amount of English to help us Americans experience Germany without much confusion:)

We had a great stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking around the old town area and along the Danube River.

I travelled for business to Ulm, however there was no accommodation in the city centre due to a large conference. This place is 45-60mins away from Ulm, but the trip is all worth it. The place is quite and the hotel is very nice. It’s authentic, very clean and modern furniture. The breakfast was also very good. Parking exists close to the hotel as well. No lift. Spacious rooms. Highly recommended!

We can't say enough good things! We had a wonderful stay, the family room was spacious and we slept well. Breakfast was perfect and we loved the decorations on our hard boiled eggs. Within a 5 minute walk to Ulmer Münster (well worth a visit inside and out), lots of shopping, the Danube, and many restaurants. Sorry we slept so well we didn't make the beds when checking out!
