Hotel Amar

This is my 3 stay in 6 months and 2 stay within a week . The entire team is fantastic. To start of there's always someone at the door to open the door and greet all the guests. Check In was smooth. Top Class Front Office Team. Simran Ji, Aarti Ji, Kamlesh Ji, Sachin Ji, Mr.Moriss & Narendra Ji are providing impeccable and consistent customer service. Great Work Thank You. Convenient location, although the current access is affected due to traffic because of ongoing metro construction.|Food is good. Be careful if you are traveling with someone who cannot use stairs. The restaurant is 1 level below the lobby, and its accessibility is through stairs. There is a lift which directly opens into the bar. It was not very convenient for my senior citizen parents to go into the restaurant through a loud and smoky bar. |We had booked 2 rooms. The front office said they gave us a free upgrade, but the rooms looked old. They were clean, but could do with some renovation and maintenance. I am not even sure if we got the rooms as per the category that we had booked for. The interiors were not similar to the pictures on MakeMyTrip. |Service was ok. Some things like dental kits, face towels were missing, which they provided upon asking. |They provide only 2 half litre water bottles per room. More is chargeable. When we pointed out that every hotel provides atleast 2 litres for 2 guests, they agreed to provide 2 more bottles. They do not provide RO water in rooms. (most other hotels we have stayed at provide RO water in jugs) |Overall, an average stay.

The room, service and location was nice. But we didn't liked food as of we are vegetarian. We didn't liked breakfast at all. Staff was corteous and helpful. Good for business or ocassional stays. Pool requires a costume. Without costume you are not allowed to enter a pool. There was some construction work going on but it didn't bothered us much.

Friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and pleasant. Well located for Taj Mahal. Staff were excellent, especially Simran on the front desk.

Good behaviour of staff especially manager Shivam. Rooms are well maintained and the location is very close by to Tajmahal. Value for money stay 👍

Now this may be a biased review as my family ONLY stays at Hotel Amar. The reason is the Rooms are clean and sober, Food is as per our taste and the breakfast buffet is filling. The staff has always been polite, courteous and efficient. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that housekeeping was considerate even when my 2 small kids made a message I the room TWICE in a day. The pricing is not low, but I feel a service as provided there warrants a bit of a hike. There are other hotels in agra that may be available at a lower cost, but possibly not with this location and service.

Very nice hotel at a good location. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place it is a must they staff is extremely nice and helpful best service a person could want in a hotel overall the rooms are magnificent the pool and restaurants are a plus it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in
