Hotel Amar

I organized My Father Retirement party in Hotel. I must say that all staff were very nice and good. specially Ms Sakshi Banquet Executive she is very professional and prompt and happy smiling face.food were very delicious and tasty my all guests enjoyed and appreciate venue and food.also I got it done my all Decoration through Ms Milli Chaudhary and her team were very active and they set up everything before the time.her assistant Mr Sadik was present during my event and co-ordinate with me.i will highly recommend to Amar hotel and event Manager Ms Milli Chaudhary for any kind of function.

This is a nice hotel with spacious rooms and a good dining area. The breakfast spread is good. Some of the rooms of the hotel are spacious. Bathroom in the room I stayed needs maintenance. I would love to visit again if I get the chance. While searching I saw online the tariff for a room was around Rs 5000. May be that was due to dynamic pricing by the website but I got the room for three days at reasonable price if Rs 3000 with breakfast when I enquired by visiting the hotel.

This is a pretty decent hotel almost centrally placed. However, I had a bad experience, had reserved the premier suite and suite rooms after confirming everything with them, when I reached and checked the rooms were not the way I was promised, it turned out that the reservation desk especially, Ms. Anuradha gives false information to get business without bothering about the guest's comfort. This was really not acceptable especially when I had reconfirmed everything nth times with her. Thanks to Mr. Kamlesh, he manages everything well, seems to be sincere and bothered about the guest's comfort. He offered us different rooms which were far more comfortable.|Now the other factors:|Housekeeping does a good job, the rooms and washrooms are neat and clean, however, they may think of changing the bathroom fixtures as they have become quite old and rusty.|Room service is prompt and good. The overall hotel staff is friendly. Chk out was smooth.|Another area where they might need to improve is the breakfast spread. The same menu every day without much changes...Poha, Potato wedges, Eggs to order, Idli or Vada Sambhar and Paratha or Puri aloo. Almost no salad, one juice and min fruits. In our 4 day stay we didn't get anything else which was disappointing.||Overall a decent and comfortable stay.

Hotel Amar is an absolute gem 💎! From the moment we checked in, we knew we were in for a treat 🌟. The location is unbeatable - super central, yet peaceful 😌. But it's the people that truly make Hotel Amar special ❤️. The staff are the epitome of politeness and warmth. Mr. Mritunjoy, the laundry guy, went above and beyond to get our clothes spotless ✨. And Manager Mr. Saha? 🤩 He greeted us personally, checked in on us multiple times, and even chatted with us for ages about local tips and more 😊. The atmosphere is classy yet homey - love the decor, the ambience, everything 😍! And the food? OMG, simply divine 🍴! But what really stood out was the attention to detail. Security guards always at our service, opening doors, helping with luggage... it was like having personal assistants 😊. If you're looking for comfort, service, and a home away from home in Agra, Hotel Amar is IT 🏨. Big shoutout to Mr. Saha and the entire team - you're the best! 🙌 Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY 😁!

This is my 3 stay in 6 months and 2nd stay within a week . The entire team is fantastic. To start of there's always someone at the door to open the door and greet all the guests. Check In was smooth. Amazing fency 4 star hotel. The room is very luxurious ,even in the executive class They are providing a bathtub in some rooms. All modern amenities are there. Buffet breakfasts are awesome.

Convenient location, although the current access is affected due to traffic because of ongoing metro construction.|Food is good. Be careful if you are traveling with someone who cannot use stairs. The restaurant is 1 level below the lobby, and its accessibility is through stairs. There is a lift which directly opens into the bar. It was not very convenient for my senior citizen parents to go into the restaurant through a loud and smoky bar. |We had booked 2 rooms. The front office said they gave us a free upgrade, but the rooms looked old. They were clean, but could do with some renovation and maintenance. I am not even sure if we got the rooms as per the category that we had booked for. The interiors were not similar to the pictures on MakeMyTrip. |Service was ok. Some things like dental kits, face towels were missing, which they provided upon asking. |They provide only 2 half litre water bottles per room. More is chargeable. When we pointed out that every hotel provides atleast 2 litres for 2 guests, they agreed to provide 2 more bottles. They do not provide RO water in rooms. (most other hotels we have stayed at provide RO water in jugs) |Overall, an average stay.
