Hotel Amarpreet, Aurangabad - AM Hotel Kollection

Went to Amarpreet Hotel for a stay of 3 days. The hotel was quite good and maintained well. Rooms were spacious Staff were courteous and helpful. Their in house restaurant namely Wok and Handi has great food and very helpful staff. Special mention to Molina and his colleagues who were attentive and gave great recommendations. My family were really pleased with the stay and food and will be visiting them again for giving us a 5 star experience.

Was good. Gajanand Daamle cleans the room in very proper ways. He tries his best to keep hygiene in rooms. Stay is also awesome. All F&B people are also very good in nature. And front desk always support for everything. Overall nice stay.

Everything was good. Extra special care taken for dietary restrictions and individual care. Shyam r&d managers was super helpful. Owner gets involved personally and GM Sudipto also takes extra effort. Chinese food for dinner and breakfast South Indian i had - clean hygienic and very tasty

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained with all the necessary amenities provided. Overall, this hotel delivers a perfect combination of comfort, hospitality, and value for money. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would definitely love to stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely amazing—every meal felt like a gourmet experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Service was prompt and attentive, adding to an all-around great experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and quality!

Very convenient and clean hotel in Aurangabad. The food is delicious and the staff really helpful and kind. A good place to stay if you want to visit Ellora and Ajanta Caves.

Great Hospitality, But Food Needs Improvement I had a pleasant stay overall, thanks to the warm and welcoming staff. The hospitality at this hotel was definitely a highlight – everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They really made the stay comfortable and stress-free. However, the food was a letdown. The variety was limited, and the taste didn’t quite meet expectations. Meals often lacked freshness and flavor, which was disappointing given the otherwise excellent service. If the hotel can improve its food quality to match the level of its hospitality, it would be a much more enjoyable experience. I'd still consider staying again just for the great service, but would probably eat elsewhere.

I have been living in this hotel since October last year. That time staff were very good… Sachin ji and Siddharth ji were very supportive. They understand the pain of customer. But new staffs and sales manger are very rude in talk. He continuously try to argues on prices and rooms category. I have been given him a long term vision as well ..in association with us and our company that too for another 9yrs. He is just making customer experience very bad. Giving them bad rating because of the behaviour and understanding.
