Hotel Amarpreet, Aurangabad - AM Hotel Kollection

We visited here for a function and had a stay of 1 night. The restaurant has a super ambience. The service is excellent and food is top notch. Excellent service was provided by Mr. Anand and all other staff members. Rooms are also very neat and clean. We are definitely going to visit here again. Keep it up team Amarpreet

Great hotel at a perfect location. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. We had a very comfortable stay. Special thanks to Anand, Sudhir and the chef who went out of their way to help us deal with our daughter’s food allergies situation.

Overall, the stay was comfortable and the room, cleanliness, and facilities were absolutely fine. No complaints there. The real adventure began with the staff service. Food preparation felt less like ordering a meal and more like planting crops and waiting for harvest. Check-in and check-out moved at a pace that made me question the concept of time itself. Even asking for a glass of water required monk-level patience. By the time the bill arrived at checkout, I had enough time to mentally calculate it myself—twice. Great hotel, but the service speed is firmly stuck in slow motion. If efficiency improves, this place could be excellent. Until then, come prepared with patience… lots of it.

We have been very old customers of Hotel Amarpreet. We have been staying here since last 25 years. Lovely food, comfortable stay and very courteous staff. Also the place is child friendly in terms of food and stay. I would want to mention and thank Mr Anand and front office manager Mr Afroz who made the stay comfortable and easy. Have been and always will be associated with Amarpreet Hotel as it's more like our second home.

We had a lovely stay .The staff was very pleasant and supportive. We had a conference at the banquet.The banquet hall was fabulous. The evening dinner at open garden was lovely and the food was excellent. Mr Anant and Shyam provided excellent service.Highly recommended

Rooms were clean. Buffet breakfast was tasty with idli, medu wada, live dosa counter, puri bhaji, omlette bread, boiled eggs, sevai, juice, tea/coffee, cake etc. Dinner service was too slow. Many customers were complaining.

The hotel was nice but we stayed on 8th December night it was not good experience. We already done the reservation through call but the reception people were not having the booking detail. Receptionist (Sanket). And at breakfast we waited for long to just have paratha after 3 reminder when we are going than they bought paratha and forced to have which was very unprofessional. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights at 2401. The staff, especially in the restaurant are courteous and helpful. The room itself is quite good but the housekeeping can improve the quality of their job. It has loads of marks even after cleaning. Food is so-so and way overpriced (the taste was bland too). Overall, I don't think it's a 4 star hotel. It wasn't up to the mark.
