Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels

We stayed at the Ambassador recently and it was perfect! Easy to get to from the airport and everyone knows where it is. The rooms were luxurious. They were clean, big, well heated with great views. The staff were incredible, they made us feel like the most important guests at the hotel. We had some last minute wardrobe emergencies and the staff went above and beyond in helping us and getting us ready! Food was really good and the rooftop bar is a hidden gem! Amazing views of the whole city, with a great vibe. Because of its location, it's easy to get to all the great spots in the city either by taxi or just walking. 10/10 on everything, we really loved it!

We enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast. Sleep came easy in the very comfortable beds. The welcome drink leaves you craving for more a top beautiful rooftop restaurant. The staff were very attentive including Binita who truly made us feel like VIPs.

We stayed for two nights and had a great stay. The entire staff are very courteous friendly and helpful. Our room was in a corner and was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The staff in the restaurant (Foreign Affairs) happily accommodated our dietary request. The breakfast buffet is good. If we come to Kathmandu again we’ll definitely stay here.

The hotel is very clean and quiet, the location is great, close to local markets. The staff is kind and alwayd helpful, Swastika was always making sure we had what we needed. The breakfast buffet was great with many local and healthy options, we would love to come back some time in the future.

One of the best hotel in Nepal . Ambassador hotel is a best hotel located in very near by Thames well Executive staff and fully family environment staff are so kind and helpful and smiling all the time .specifically mr Santosh Giri, manager is so kind and he always welcome for us at our breakfast . He can speak multi languages . there are everyday different Nepali breakfast. We will recommend hotel ambassadors for our friends and family we will come back again this hotel again and again.

Hotel Ambassador in Kathmandu exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay in a fantastic location, close to everything we needed. The staff were extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. A highlight of our stay was the chic rooftop bar with stunning views. We enjoyed a delicious northern Indian meal there—huge portions, incredible flavors, and the service was top-notch. The staff were so friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The breakfast buffet was also amazing, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. If you’re ever in Kathmandu, this place is a must!

We stayed on 25 & 31st of Dec at Ambassador Kathmandu was a pleasant stay with amazing rooms. My special thanks to Mr Prashanna from the reception who was very kind, considerate and proactive.Really admire the high level of customer service towards guest by Prashanna. Overall would recommend all for stay as food and rooms both are excellent.
