This was best of the best team so far. Excellent hospitality from every staff and specially sneha. It was a great time staying over here. This hotel has very good enviroment for doing casual meetings too staying here. The entire hotel team is very cooperative and has helped us very much. Overall it's a very good hotel. Great stay friendly staff and peaceful environment.Totally worth it.

I saw good reviews of the hotel and called up as we wanted to do Pashupati nath darshan. My call was directed to Mr. Pradeep. As soon he heard we want to go to Pashutanath temple he arranged everything from airport pick up to Pooja, darshan at the temple. The hotel staff is very cooperative, location of the hotel is good and the restaurant is one of the best. The roof top restaurant is a must visit specially for dinner. The hospitality of the hotel is commendable. Special thanks to Mr. Pradeep for making the trip memorable

I really enjoyed our stay during our Nepal trip, staying twice at the hotel. The location is super convenient and easy to get around. The facilities were clean and nice. The staff were very kind, helpful all the time and very lovely wishing me happy birthday on arrival thanks to Binita. I would highly recommend and happily stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ambassador! The hospitality was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of delicious options to choose from. A special mention to Bijaya and Binita for their friendly and helpful service, they truly made the experience even better. Highly recommended.

A beautiful oasis in the midst of the Kathmandu busy and so easy to walk to Thamel and more. Service was exceptional. Binita at the front desk was always ready to help us with a genuine smile. Sneha was also so amazing in the restaurant every morning for breakfast remembering our coffee and offering Nepalese treats. What an amazing stay at the Ambassador hotel.
